I totally agree. My late Husband and I have had the privilege of owning four over the years - I currently have a little ten-and-a-half-year-old rescue Tibetan - and they are a law unto themselves! They will only do what they want to do and when they consider the time is right to do it!! However, they are absolutely adorable and extremely clever and intelligent - they have a way of working everything out. They come from a very aristocratic line and used to sit in the Monks’ sleeves on the parapets of the Tibetan Temples. They can hear for a distance of two miles. Our late, and lovely, Queen owned two Tibetan Spaniels who lived with a Lady-in-Waiting on the Windsor estate.

I own one. I love him great pet.
I've had two "Tibbies". They are wonderful little dogs. You should note the "ATTENTION" you should receive when they are around. Good article!

we have two and had two others. while most of this this true, it should be expressed that this is not a breed for first time dog parents.
