The Best Carrot Cake You Ever Try

This is the best🥕 Carrot Cake 🥕you will ever try! It's so moist and soft with a little hint of cinnamon and the amazing cream cheese icing just makes it perfect. Just delicious! You need to try it, definitely!

210g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3eggs
240g caster sugar
225ml oil
190g finely grated carrots
Cream cheese icing:
50g butter
100g soft cheese
230g icing sugar
