76 New Call Center Jobs -
Florida Department of Children and Families, DCF, opened a call center with Recovery Act, TANF subsidized employment program in early November 2009. Local, state and federal agencies collaborated as DCF organized the temporary call center to help the agency better answer calls for assistance and create 76 new positions in Ocala, Florida.
