Just finished, took me about 90 minutes. I’m not very handy I confess. And I’m slow. And drinking a beer. Everything worked out just as you said Chad. Thanks again!
great video , thanks for sharing, just getting ready to do mine. What size socket on the drain plug, and what size is that crush washer on the drain plug? ( my kit did not come with one, but makes sense to change)
6bucks a bottle that’s awesome I got semi synthetic 18 bucks a bottle at the dealer. With diff oil which was an additional 11 dollars a bottle 😢 great vid
I know little off topic, but I have a 21 Brute force 750, can't find LED headlight replacement bulbs.... did you switch to LED's? If so what size? One I took out says "HS5X" but nothing comes up on a search....thank you!

Why do you like to warm it up first? I always make sure a machine has been sitting at least an hour so all the oil is just ready to come out and dosent take as long to drain all the old stuff. And kinda hard since filters go on sideways bit should pre fill filter about half way
There is a debate on which is better. Changing oil hot or cold. Both will work and get nearly all the oil out. Some say hot is better because it drains faster being hot and also better on the engine when starting up with the new oil. For cold I do see your point as well. I don't think it matters much either way. I been doing all my vehicles the warm way and never had a single issue. Thanks for your comment.
The reason for a warm or hot oil change is, oil is designed and works best at its normal operating temperature. Oil isn't only for lubrication but also for cleaning and removing deposits. At normal temp it theoretically removes any and all deposits that were in the engine.
Thanks for the video. I was going to change mine but it was so clean looking I decided to hold off until winter. Glad to see it isn’t too bad. BTW did you have your belt light go on at the 500 mile mark? Heard this was built into programming and you need to disconnect some wires and such and then it clears the code.
Mine came on. Some guys have a dummy sensor that came with their bike. I didn’t so had to order one and go thru the steps. It’s just as you say, check the belt sensor.
Chad I was riding yesterday and we were racing and my brute went 74mph+ I was like😯 because on stock tires it went 65 but since the lift kit and new tires(28s) it goes faster. 2wheel Drv Btw

Good bid man every time I do anything I always watch RUclips first lol
Time to do mine and having followed your front and rear differential videos I looked for this one from you. Thanks for taking the time to help us!

Appreciate the video man. I’m about to change the break in oil on my 21 🤙
Heck ya man!
Very helpful, i too, couldn’t get the darn filter off ( so just replaced the oil). What is the tool you used?
Thanks 4 the video.

Привет очень позгнавательное видео какое масло залевать в задний редуктор
What size is the crush washer?
I have an oil light on so I don’t think I can run the quad before draining the oil. Do I have to?
Nah, you don't have to.
Do you use synthetic oil? and if so why or why not? thankyou
Perfect!
You should always add some oil to the filter to avoid a dry start. Even if it’s sideways it will soak up the oil.
For sure, ty
Nice house

On my 2019 i bought used the crush washer doesnt slide off or spin off. Can i keep the old one?
I would recommend a new washer to be safe. It ensures a good seal.
I wish they used a black dip stick...I think it would be easier to read the level. Maybe paint it black with oil based paint?
buy a black ones

Warming up prior to changing oil is by far better. I don't know anyone that does it cold. Not recommended

Just did my oil and diffs yesterday dealer charges 20 bucks a quart for same oil.
Wow that's crazy. On Kawasaki's website they are $5.95 per quart.

Also you have to wait till the oil settles down back to the crank case or you’ll get a bogus reading
15 Inch lbs or Foot lbs ?
Ft lb

It should have more top end with taller tires but less acceleration. I assume you were giving us GPS speed as speedometer would need recalibrated.
