For the fiscal year ending March 2022, Square Enix reported a profit of 51.013 billion yen, or around 394.8 million US dollars. This is up from the previous fiscal year ending March 2021, when they reported a profit of 26.492 billion yen, or around 205.0 million US dollars. This is an increase in Year-Over-Year, or YoY, profit of 89.3%. In addition to Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker, Square Enix's Young Gangan manga magazine title, My Dress-Up Darling, which had a very popular TV anime series adaptation, did very well. Square Enix's profit-making segments: mobile games, weaker than previous fiscal year, but still profitable; merchandise sales; publishing business; amusement facilities. On May 26, 2022, it was reported, Square Enix "Upgraded to 'Buy' by Zacks Investment Research." As long as Square Enix continue to record a healthy profit and make money for their stockholders, NFTs (which I also hate) - like Marvel's Avengers and Babylon's Fall did - can crash and burn and Square Enix can still go along their merry way. As a whole, for Fiscal Year 2022, major Japanese companies associated with the video game industry have down well, even Sega Sammy, which had a bad Fiscal Year 2021: Square Enix, Capcom, Nintendo, Bandai Namco, Koet Tecmo (for Atelier fans everywhere), CyberAgent (Cygames: Granblue Fantasy, Uma Musume, etc.), Konami (yes, they reported a record profit), etc. A number of major Western video game companies, on the other hand, have been experiencing problems: France's Ublsoft; the U.S.'s Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts, etc; Canada's BioWare; Poland''s CD Projekt Red, with their Cyberpunk 2077 launch disaster in December 2020, which they have been patching up in quality; etc.
I appriciate you bring in some news of interesting rpg indies as well! Some of these are hard to hear off or find. Use of Life has my interest. Thank you for your time and effort compiling these newsletters.
Damn, man. I just can’t get enough of your videos since you and I have VERY similar tastes in games. You have no idea how helpful you’ve been and because of you I got my Rean figure and was able to reserve Trails from Zero for PS4 and Switch very early. I can’t wait for your video telling me we can reserve Azure, Nayuta, Reverie, and hopefully a Valimar figure. Thanks again and I hope you keep growing, brother. You deserve it. I also reserved Y’s Vlll on PS5 thanks to you lol. I got it for switch and it ran well but I can’t wait to play it again on PS5. I last played it in 2017
Heard that you were going to mention Reverse Collapse, so thanks for talking about it and showing it to a larger audience. Though, I felt that you could also include the chibi combat animations as those were the star of the newer gameplay trailer. If you are interested, you can check out the 2013 game since its effectively shareware now. It's heavily unpolished, but still fun. On a site note, the Girls' Frontline anime is shit. Believe me, not many players are going to disagree with me on that.
Love your videos. I recently played through a few old JRPGs that I owned from back in the 360 days (Infinite Undiscovery and Blue Dragon), and I really got into the genre after that. Keep up the great videos!
thanks for the work and info as always, my greatest fear right now is SE putting blockchain and NFT into the games which like you said 'NO F**KING THANKS' the JRPG are already real good without any of those crap, and also please SE, give a better PC port for your games, not everyone has NASA computers
Hey brother, just wanted to say that I really appreciate your content. I've recently started playing The Trails games and that's also due to your high level of well thought opinions on the titles. I'm very much aware of how niche the reputation is with Falcom games, but I'm so pleased to see that there's a channel, that is devoted to the franchise. Thank you for your videos and thanks for turning me into a new Trails and YS fan. Much respect brother. :) 🇬🇧
Most market experts believe that Square Enix isn't ACTUALLY focusing on nft/crypto, they're just using it as a buzzword to make investors happy and that their real goal is to re-focus on the studios that they have been the most successful with - their Japanese ones. But saying 'we're selling a bunch of studios for cheap because they suck' is not really something investors are gonna like. However saying 'we're selling a bunch of studios to focus on a future involving ' works a lot better.
The delay on the XC3 special edition kind of works out since it means I can play Digimon Survive at launch. Been excited for it after all the delays. I do hope it does well and does not get overlooked too much due to the standard release of XC3. Thanks as always for the news round up TKN!
I wasn't gonna buy it anyway. I bet it will be put up at a premium, scalped to heck and it barely has anything noteworthy in it. Not for me to be honest.
Can't wait for Digimon Survive and I REALLY hope that we get a *teaser trailer for the next "Digimon Story" game* shortly after Survive's release as well! :D
15:42 Played Fairy Fencer F and then its upgraded version Dark Force years ago - yeah there were definitely improvements, and they added a bunch of postgame content. You basically want to play through it multiple times to get all the story. I got a bit lazy with it and didn't, but I do remember the story and characters growing on me so I may pop back into that game again and continue. Wouldn't mind seeing this SRPG as well. Curious if it continues the story or is another "alternate universe" kind of thing.
Always looking forward to this monthly rpg news round up! can't really follow every little news about the genre anymore on my own, looking forward for the next month's news... I have a feeling that it will be a very busy month for gaming news and hopefully rpgs too.
I finally got to finish zero last night and I'm actually excited to play it again with the official release. It's an amazing game, and that makes me even more excited for azure which im starting now which I hear is even better.
"Must be working though, or they wouldn't keep doing it." All it took was one good look at Ryza from behind and suddenly the Atelier series skyrocketed in popularity.
Strong new video loved the content I have question are you buying the ps5 XS dona one idk the name sorry but are you getting that version on ps5 just wondering and do plan on doing trails character story like you use to is that gone from the channel I really wanted the rean sorry if I keep asking as you can tell I'm huge rean fan sorry for bothering you
Hahhaha, I gotta say, that caught me off guard at 5:36 and gave me a good laugh. I share the sentiment and don't understand why every company seems to have an itch to implement NFTs when no consumer wants it. There was quite a lot of news this month and some games mentioned caught my interest, so I may pick up some of them. It should help get my mind off of Hajimari's release date. As always, I love your videos. Keep 'em coming.
Would love to see Ys and Sky get switch ports since my PC died so I don’t have steam anymore and psp prices are outrageous. Happy to see Fairy Fencer finally get a new title as I did like adf quite a bit.
Wish they would take the increase in sales outside of Asia as a reason to push their games out here at a faster rate. I get there's an absolute ton of text in these games to translate and get voiced but if they just started the process sooner then all the better it'll be for their numbers. Being 3 games ahead in Trails is driving me mad, I really can't wait to play Hajimari next year, but at least I'll have Zero this year since I haven't had the chance to play the Crossbell games yet!
Great wrap up. I filled out the survey and funny you mention '13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim' my copy is on it's way. Side note: 'Blue Reflection Ray' is getting a dub dropping in a few weeks on Crunchyroll.
@@TheKisekiNut I'll be the first to admit the anime had it's issues but I still really enjoyed it. The most shocking thing about this, is the DVD release got scrapped due to the demand not being high enough. So I see this as a second chance; I'd like the option to have it physically as digital platforms don't last for ever. At the end of June for example the JRPG 'Mistover' is being pulled from all online stores it's available on.
Definitely gonna buy trails to zero to show my support for it and live a live. Im really hoping for some more news for front mission 1st though since its been awhile since the last trailer.
Can someone tell me if Cold Steel 3 loads your save from Cold Steel 2? If so what all is it transferring? I ask because I'm playing CS1&2 on PC, and plan to play 3&4 on Switch
I’m not sure if it’s different on PC, but for PS4 it only checks for a completed save for CS1 and 2 and then will give you extra items for each. For Switch, I’m not sure. I don’t think it carries anything over though
Awesome news...solid video again. thanks * Also Fun Fact: If nobody invests into NFTs....They fail, and we can all go back to normal. So just don't buy them, and they will go away. It's a Fad...NFT's will be dropped immediately once the next hot thing becomes popular.
I don't know if anyone has already commented but this Tifa figure is based on a meme of a Guilty Gear character called Jack'O Valentine who is in this strange position so several people on the networks drew characters imitating the pose, it's a surprise to transform into a figure. I'm really excited for Trails but recently with the new PS Plus I'm wondering if there's a chance that Sky will come in the Classics lineup. Unfortunately I'm immersed in Genshin Impact which has a huge and complex world that should take months and months to complete everything, luckily after it's done, just wait for updates while playing other things but here comes Hoyoverse with Honkai Star Rail that is fantastic and if it comes out to ps4 i don't know what i'll do. It's interesting that Atelier comes in Portuguese, but Tecmo Koei charges absurd prices, even old games remastered at launch price. And everything here is the price of a third of the minimum wage
@@TheKisekiNut that is was! Can't wait for Romancing SaGa remaster. Gonna put a ton of hours in that one. I hope that Unlimited SaGa gets the remake treatment. I hope that's what Akitoshi was hinting!
I would like to love ni no kuni but sadly wrath of the white witch (pc) didn't make me stay too long (I got to the magma volcano stage), do you think it has another chance? That's why I didn't bother to even try cross worlds (or even revenant kingdom), the battle system in wrath of white witch sucks for me, tho I liked the story and art style (the music is not that good imo). Did I miss something good here? I would like to give it a second chance tho 😑
I have not played Crossbell arc yet and have been holding off playing CS3 and 4. I have only played the Sky trilogy and Cold Steel 1 and 2. I hope to hear more about Ys X soon and afterward Ys V get a Falcom remake. Looking forward to Nayuta as well. I hope the Gagharv trilogy comes to modern platforms too!
The end of July looks extremely strong, bearing in mind we get both Xenoblade 3 and Clouded Leopard's version of Kuro no Kiseki on Steam. Now, if only Atlus decided to be normal and released Persona 5 Royal and 6 on PC.... I dont have high hopes for Square Enix at this point. FF 16 being a PS exclusive is already a dealbreaker, even though its probably temporary, its already a bad sign, combined with the NFT thing and 15's overall quality.
As a JRPG fan, there is still nothing here that excites me. It feels like all we get are indy games lately. Where are my AAA JRPGs and AA games. Where are games like Rogue Galaxy, Azure Dreams, Suikoden, etc...
You may not want to get too excited about Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure. It's my personal poster child for boring JRPGs. I may have spent too much time grinding, but most of it I played by moving from encounter to encounter and, quite literally, reading a book while mashing the A button. This was on the DS, so YMMV if there was another platform. I read you on NFTs. It's a resource-intensive way to artificially induce scarcity, when the greatest strength of digital media is in the low overheads for reproducibility.
I am really interested in Legend of Heres: Sen no Kiseki I-IV & Hajimari no Kiseki Complete Box, is it JP only or localized ver released simultaneously as well?
it's JP only , there's no chance to see that happen in the West for now simply because Coldsteel 1 and 2 were published by XSeed and all the other one are from NISAmerica...but apparently XSeed rights on those games will expire in 2025 so there's a glimmer of hope.
Only Japanese - as said by Marc the rights of titles belong to different localisers (XSeed and NISA), so putting them together for 1 collection just isn't feasible at present.
I am very excited for official localized releases of Zero and Azure, but I am a little disappointed that it will only have Japanese voices. I’ll just turn off the voices. Better to have it like it is than not at all.
Runefactory 5 pissed me off. First woman I save is fire, then I find out that she’s unavailable and all I have to choose from are barely legal teens and a literal child. Meanwhile girls get a bunch of grown adult men to pick from… Going back to stardew…
as someone who grew up literally with square screWing itself. i honestly think its nescesary for them to go low(er) before they become at all reliable again
1:37 while it's great that game is coming over to the west....i'm a little bit miffed as I just beat a fan enlish patch of the game on a emulator. There's one for the sequel but the translation is like, JUST a google translate so it doesn't make that much sense. Hopefully we will get the sequel as well so I can finally play/understand it as I do like the Crossbell saga.
Well unless I missed something, Xenoblade 3 Special Edition hasn't even opened preorder yet in the US. So I guess at least Europe is getting something for now.
"ZZZ" reminds me so so much of "S4 League" ahh good old S4. Def. a once in a decade game. It's gone now ( because digital only) - I hope ZZZ gets released on Switch at least.
Quite a lot going on, thanks as always. The Ys VIII vinyl looks great but I decided not to jump into this rabbit hole. :D Hopefully SE will fail with their NFT plans, is it too much to ask for high quality single player games? FF VII R and Trials of Mana Remake were great, guess the HD-2D games are great as well. They could stick to those titles, but I guess that's not enough. At least they still release such games, I'm curious about Live A Live, hopefully there will be a PC port eventually as well.
It's not even the developers who advocate for it, it's just the higher up suits who want to jump on a fad. Many of those who actually make the games are against the idea. Unfortunately though they don't make the decisions.
Square Enix sold those IPs because NFTs, they already released a few "successful" NFTs so be prepared to see them turn Final Fantasy 7 Remake into NFT hell.
can't believe how out of touch square is to think people want nfts. but I guess they're essentially a mobile game company anyways now if they didn't have final fantasy. sad to watch all these big companies just do anything to chase the money instead of just putting out quality games
I still don't get all this hate against NFT's from people in general. I mean if you like it you can buy it, otherwise just don't lol. If companies are willing to invest on it that means they think it may increase their profits, which is good for gamers. If it doesn't because people don't like it and don't buy it they will just stop making them. In the end the market will decide and there is no reason to get mad at NFT's. Besides that, great video, keep up with the great content
'Give them an inch, and they'll take a mile' NFTs add nothing to games, they hold no value to gamers. But if they're put in to titles then they'll sure as hell be utilised by the companies. I'm not saying this would happen, but imagine FFXVI comes out but halfway through it has a ludicrously large difficulty spike that would require a bunch of grinding to get past. Alternatively though, jump in to the store and buy this shiny NFT of an item that will make it a cake walk. They can use NFTs, just like other monetisation methods, to dilute the experience for people who just want to play the game. NFTs in of themselves feed in to the profits of the company, but it's foolish to think that will make it's way back to the consumer. Look at EA or Ubisoft - record profits yet mass layoffs for their employees, which naturally means a worse overall product for the end player. It's a scam through and through, and people are rightly up in arms about it because of the potential harm they can do to future titles. Even if you don't want to buy them, they have the potential of affecting a player's experience with a game they've looked forward to for years.
@@TheKisekiNut Yes, while I agree that those companies can and probably will utilize NFT's in a way that makes costumer experience worse, all the companies you've stated are already known for their bad practices and relationship with costumers. In the end, NFT's are not inherently bad, they are just a vehicle for bad companies that exploit their costumers explore them more, which in the long run will bite them back. Drop the ball with yours clients and eventually they will drop the ball with you. Even if NFT's don't come to gaming they will find other methods to f* up user-experience in order to increase their short-term earnings. On the other end, I can see companies that have a good culture with staff and consumer trying to fit NFT's to good use, whether it will have success or not. Like, just out of my mind rn, imagine if you could have a cosmetic costume for your character that comes with a personalized autograph from the seiyuu and a "thanks (name) for buying the game", or something like that. While I understand your concern, can you see my point that it just amplifies what a company already does? Also, if it doesn't have success, and it's just a silly trend in the long run they will stop making it or make it overly redundant, just as some DLC's are nowadays (something like Doki Doki's soundtrack DLC). It may hurt some people if their favorite game gets destroyed by NFT's, but it probably would happen otherwise too. Just look at how Square Enix sold FF7 incomplete for full price, or how the bad Chrono Cross remaster is being sold here at Brazil at nearly the same price as Cold Steel 4. TL;DR: NFT's are not black and white, they may be good, or they may be bad. And even if they are put to bad use, they are just the vehicle, the real problem are the bad companies that would use any other method if they didn't exist. And in my humble opinion those bad practices will eventually bite them back, even if they have the monopoly of their own titles. Have a great weekend, cheers.
@@henritops That's the issue though, NFTs have no inherent value whatsoever in the gaming space. They have no inherent value in general, they're a jumble of pixels that supposedly give you 'ownership' of something and tries to exploit the gray area in ownership law. There's a reason why so many scams and legal ramifications centred around NFTs have happened lately, because they're just a vehicle for exploitation, nothing more. He said himself, no advocate of NFTs has explained how these will benefit the gaming space, because there is literally no benefit to be had. As for your example, it not only has the affect of potentially making this player a target for hacking themselves, but also is just a way for companies to be cheap. I mean, why give them a physical representation of that accolade when we can just give it to them in pixel form!
@@youarestupid.3053 How they don't have any value at all though? How do you measure the value of something? According to economy, if something is scarce, it has value, and NFT's have scarcity. You can say that you can just print it and suddenly it is not exclusive, but that's not the point of value, you can also just print Mona Lisa, put it on a frame and that doesn't change that the original one is inside Louvre. "It exploits gray area in ownership law" How is it in an ownership grey area? Someone makes it, someone buys it, that's it. I's just a simple contract. Just because it's a digital product it doesn't mean that it can't have a legitimate ownership. But if you disconsider that type of ownership, why don't we disconsider a lot of other types, for example ideas? Or rather, creations, why should Falcon, for example, hold monopoly over the Trails franchise if it's, at it's primary state, just an idea? If we have to open borders on what ownership truly means i suppose that this should be an interesting topic: How can't someone have ownership over a digital product engraved in the blockchain, as a recording of the purchase, but people can claim ownership over ideas, that don't have any scarcity at all, and can be easily replicable by anyone. About piracy, how could NFT's contribute to it? I didn't heard anything about it, but I'm open to know. EDIT: Corrected typos
You didn’t mention that NFTs can store values, like character creation or unique weapon values so you can port it between interoperable games when they make a standard so you could buy a outfit you like in game 1 and have it wearable on game 5 of a series without repurchase. Or like i previously stated with character creation you can just give the game your customizations from game 1 as a template on game 5.
7:09 disgusting and problematic! we are better than that! were can i order it?..........of course i am not buying it! i just want to write these people and tell them how very disgusted i am....yes, thats all...really
Why is final fantasy locked into Sony, it's not 1996 anymore I want FF on switch, there's more switches than ps4's pretty soon square has mismanaged the brand there's no way Sony paid enough money to make up for lost switch sales

Square Enix's profit-making segments: mobile games, weaker than previous fiscal year, but still profitable; merchandise sales; publishing business; amusement facilities.
On May 26, 2022, it was reported, Square Enix "Upgraded to 'Buy' by Zacks Investment Research."
As long as Square Enix continue to record a healthy profit and make money for their stockholders, NFTs (which I also hate) - like Marvel's Avengers and Babylon's Fall did - can crash and burn and Square Enix can still go along their merry way.
I last played it in 2017
Good on you for getting that PS5 version of Ys VIII! It's good to see people have another chance to get a physical copy.
Thank you for these monthly roundup videos.
Great video as always, keep up the good work. Lots of these titles I didn't know about
Hey brother, just wanted to say that I really appreciate your content. :)

@@TheKisekiNut that’s fair. For NA, it’s about the same as XC Def edition and I liked that one.
Curious if it continues the story or is another "alternate universe" kind of thing.
great video like always
didn't know about the Kaine Play Arts so thanks for that ❤️
Always looking forward to this monthly rpg news round up! can't really follow every little news about the genre anymore on my own, looking forward for the next month's news... I have a feeling that it will be a very busy month for gaming news and hopefully rpgs too.
That's the reason I do them! If it helps people out then they're worth making.
I finally got to finish zero last night and I'm actually excited to play it again with the official release. It's an amazing game, and that makes me even more excited for azure which im starting now which I hear is even better.
"Must be working though, or they wouldn't keep doing it."
All it took was one good look at Ryza from behind and suddenly the Atelier series skyrocketed in popularity.
I wonder when they will reveal the *first trailer for the Cold Steel anime.* I really hope it is good....
Omg so happy about Rhapsody Adventure!! I still have my DS copy :)) so excited ^_^
Strong new video loved the content
I have question are you buying the ps5 XS dona one idk the name sorry but are you getting that version on ps5 just wondering and do plan on doing trails character story like you use to is that gone from the channel I really wanted the rean sorry if I keep asking as you can tell I'm huge rean fan sorry for bothering you
Thank you for your work, this video was super informative. I have a few games I need to prepare for 💸💸💸
Hahhaha, I gotta say, that caught me off guard at 5:36 and gave me a good laugh.
Keep 'em coming.
consumers usually also don't want digital only games that disappear on a whim, but they still buy them...
Would love to see Ys and Sky get switch ports since my PC died so I don’t have steam anymore and psp prices are outrageous. Happy to see Fairy Fencer finally get a new title as I did like adf quite a bit.
Love you NFT acronym.
I mean I liked the second game, but the anime was average at best if I'm being real.
As one of the handful of people who love Fairy Fencer, this new game is a day one for me. That game got me into PC gaming.
14:57 Bansho(sp?) Tactics looks really good. I really hope it comes to the west
Banchou Tactics - it looks pretty cool to be honest.
Definitely gonna buy trails to zero to show my support for it and live a live. Im really hoping for some more news for front mission 1st though since its been awhile since the last trailer.
Yeahhhh, Front Mission has been oddly quiet. Maybe they're just waiting for a milestone in development.
Keep up the hard work
Can someone tell me if Cold Steel 3 loads your save from Cold Steel 2? If so what all is it transferring?
I ask because I'm playing CS1&2 on PC, and plan to play 3&4 on Switch
From what I'm aware: All it transfers is your (bonding) choices, at least, that is what it seems to be.
@@thequincy_ thanks
I’m not sure if it’s different on PC, but for PS4 it only checks for a completed save for CS1 and 2 and then will give you extra items for each. For Switch, I’m not sure. I don’t think it carries anything over though
Afaik that's not the case at all, at least the PC version doesn't have this feature.
Awesome news...solid video again. thanks
* Also Fun Fact: If nobody invests into NFTs....They fail, and we can all go back to normal. So just don't buy them, and they will go away. It's a Fad...NFT's will be dropped immediately once the next hot thing becomes popular.
not even EA was stupid enough to go all in with nft, square is insane
as a concept NFT are quite popular in Japan actually : )
Oh, so the red one is Grendel-Zolga.
And everything here is the price of a third of the minimum wage
we get it...it's still stupid
holy shit rune factory selling 500K?? Im so happy, didnt expect this much? hope we get RF6 in the future (while fixing issues RF5 had haha)
Do you think they will eventually make tokyo xanadu 2?
So glad to hear we are getting SaGa news this week. Can't wait! Thanks for the info.
It was good news too.
@@TheKisekiNut that is was! Can't wait for Romancing SaGa remaster. Gonna put a ton of hours in that one. I hope that Unlimited SaGa gets the remake treatment. I hope that's what Akitoshi was hinting!
I will DEFINITLY be going through Xeno 3 on my channel. i cant wait for that! i will be sunken into that im sure
After tax + shipping that Ys VIII vinyl works out at just over £70 in the UK. It looks so nice though... I must have it.
Gagharv would be amazing to have on modern platforms.
Two thumbs up.
ZZZ is giving off some Scarlet Nexus vibes and Scarlet Nexus was giving me Honkai 3rd vibes... It's a perfect circle 👌
@@TheKisekiNutcouldn't XSeed and NISA collaborate ?
Any chance that persona 5 royal will release on pc ?
I am very excited for official localized releases of Zero and Azure, but I am a little disappointed that it will only have Japanese voices. I’ll just turn off the voices. Better to have it like it is than not at all.
It's really cool your looking at shareholder statements and making infuranses on what company's do wrong I want to try doing that to
Holy shit a Nayuta seuqel? I'm hyped.
That would make me very happy indeed
is krono keseki releasing on ps4
Runefactory 5 pissed me off.
First woman I save is fire, then I find out that she’s unavailable and all I have to choose from are barely legal teens and a literal child.
Meanwhile girls get a bunch of grown adult men to pick from…
Going back to stardew…
as someone who grew up literally with square screWing itself. i honestly think its nescesary for them to go low(er) before they become at all reliable again
I only play trails of Coast still won up to chapter 3 so thanks for the character spoilers
Also in June metal Max xeno reborn comes out on the 10.
Fuck me Ive been waiting for fairy fencer to come back but like why not an actual sequel
Hopefully SE will fail with their NFT plans, is it too much to ask for high quality single player games?
OF COURSE THERES NVR INTREST IN TALES OF MOBILE GAMES THEY NVR GIVE THEM THE LOVE
Meanwhile it is no longer possible to legally buy old Nintendo games meaning piracy is now an obligation to preserve titles that no longer exist.
The tales of game that will be shut down is at least the 3rd entry on mobile and the 2nd to be shut down btw
Falcom are going to regret releasing trails in the revier next year, ff16 will eclipse it in sales
Why can't we get a game to play in June? Why all the way in August and September to play a game. WTF! 🤦♂
Me love me some jrpg news!
Honestly I'm not a fan of the Fairy Fencer remake for the PS4. Combat wise it is better, but the story was better on the original for the PS3 imho
I appreciate the news but you are talking too fast like on a speed dial why?
can't believe how out of touch square is to think people want nfts. but I guess they're essentially a mobile game company anyways now if they didn't have final fantasy. sad to watch all these big companies just do anything to chase the money instead of just putting out quality games
damnnn did i hear right a nayuta sequel
I don´t want NFTs in my video games. No Freaking Thanks.
Still sad I couldn't get the limited edition xenoblade 3 pack
I still don't get all this hate against NFT's from people in general. I mean if you like it you can buy it, otherwise just don't lol. If companies are willing to invest on it that means they think it may increase their profits, which is good for gamers. If it doesn't because people don't like it and don't buy it they will just stop making them. In the end the market will decide and there is no reason to get mad at NFT's. Besides that, great video, keep up with the great content
'Give them an inch, and they'll take a mile'
NFTs add nothing to games, they hold no value to gamers.
EDIT: Corrected typos
finally caligula 2 on pc
Need Golden Sun
GOLDEN SUN IS A MUST
shame that square is going full EA but not surprising
Jack-o Tifa?
Man square enix doubling down on nfts makes me, double down on the opinion that their higher ups share an imaginary braincell amongst each other.
You didn’t mention that NFTs can store values, like character creation or unique weapon values so you can port it between interoperable games when they make a standard so you could buy a outfit you like in game 1 and have it wearable on game 5 of a series without repurchase. Or like i previously stated with character creation you can just give the game your customizations from game 1 as a template on game 5.
idk what the six man party is in xenoblade but it looks like too much
not related with R. Madrid champions of Europe once again

Why is final fantasy locked into Sony, it's not 1996 anymore I want FF on switch, there's more switches than ps4's pretty soon square has mismanaged the brand there's no way Sony paid enough money to make up for lost switch sales
Much like you, my only experience with Fairy Fencer F was the original PS3 version. I wanted to like it, but good god, that framerate kept me from even getting five hours into the game. Always wanted to try the PS4 remake.
I might have to try it - I hear the enhanced remaster adds a lot.
the trails of mobile wasnt built very well to begin with. awful menus. clunky play
getting sick and tired of developers be it Japanese or English to force there pyramid schemes down my throat
