    Our brains are super powerful organs; oftentimes too powerful for their own good...they just continue producing thoughts on autopilot, trying to solve illusory threats and imaginary problems. Mindfulness is key, and meditation helps a ton. Nguyen's book goes great with the workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. It's so important to calm the mind.

    "let me know what you want to know" it's something that shy people normally say when they don't know what to say

      Or something an assertive yet private person requests to get the interviewer to be more specific about what they want their listeners to hear. It improves the interviewer’s skills and, as he said, takes him in a different direction from his usual spiel. It’s more interesting for everyone.
