One more method, i found after recent android 13 update is that:
Turn off the Protect Battery option, and then put the tab on charge, it will start charging...

Susan Rand Bro, Have you tried Different Cable and Charging Brick? Or did you try Overnight Charging? If none of them worked it can be a hardware issue, talk to your retailer. 😊
@@Fix.369 I tried 2 different chargers, thought that was the problem,, charged overnight nothing worked. Really disappointed 😞. This was my 3rd samsung tablet

and if you let battery go 0% and even let it be storage 5month. it takes time to get it charge(started).
bcoz battery is empty and it need voltage to start charge that is charging chip.
only thing is plug usb wait icon. unplug and plug it again do it until see 0% icon prob its 1% right away

B Marshall Bro, Have you tried using different charging Cable, adopter and charging outlet. It might fix your issue, otherwise, talk to the retailer that you are facing the issue with new phone.😊

Not even a month old, bought new from Amazon, the 128GB version and my tablet is already acting up. I have the charging icon showing but no charge actually happens. My only solution so far has been to restart my tablet each time and only then will it start to charge.
