I remember the news report about the incident that occurred a few years ago at Pune in a multy national company where one of our young girl from Kozhikode was murdered by the security staff while on duty at her office late night to complete the extra work on a time bound manner ordered by the Manager. Now-a-days, this type of work pressure occurs in almost all private and banking sector. Unscientific and Heavy Target make them suffer especially effcient freshers. . Their sincerity and devotion is highly exploited by the Managers for own benefits. Some Govt services are also not spared of this type of situation . Govt must pay more attention on this matter and ensure that each employees of our country gets proper relief after the duty time. Any type of pressure on work with coercive and unscientific targets must be stopped. Each company and Department should have an internal committee to report such issues and it should be reviewed by the labour Ministry.
