      Aslam u alaikum
If imam Bukhari memorised 2-3 hundred thousand ahadith and only put few thousand in Sahih Bukhari.
Where did all the other ahadith go also 2-3 hundred thousand ahadith where did they come from?
Did we really document life of Muhammad pbuh to this extent.
Is it even possible for one humans life events require 2-3 hundred thousand ahadith.
This is genuine question jazak Allah for the answer
      And Allah knows best

Ans: 2-3 hundred thousand ahadith doesn't mean that every hadith is different. Muhaddith memorises the hadith along with the isnad. So even if the wordings of hadith are the same, but their are 10 different chains that go back to Prophet Muhammad PBUH or the Sahaba, the Muhaddiths treat it as 10 different ahadith.
Also from the memorised 2-3 thousand ahadith, apart from the ahadith that were repeated due to different chains, there were ahadith that were weak, hasan, mawdu'.
When compiling Bukhari, the weak, hasan, mawdu' hadith were not chosen. Only Sahih Ahadith were included and for the very same reason it's called Sahih Bukhari coz there in no doubt about the authenticity of these Aahadith.
Even out of all the Sahih Hadith, there were still ahadith that would have different chains, so Imam Bukhari picked only those that had the best of best chains.
For more clarity of thoughts you should watch Shaykh Uthman;s video about the best print of Sahih Bukhari. It is a very recent video on this channle OMF.
      Jazakallahu Khair.

Modern day society and laws sadly. But it's not far fetched to ask them what age their parents/grandparents used to marry. The problem with them is that they're mind is quick to judge based on negativity when someone near an under 18 or married underaged. Imagine judging Prophet PBUH who only married 1 underaged girl who also happens to loved him and ask him for marriage and at the same time he(PBUH) respected her like a queen and wife. Now compare that to real ped* and a gigachad who treats her rightfully (but since they believed morality is subjective so i doubt they believed it's rightful except by their own standards)

Looking at the Shikh’s library made me think that these books were written by people who dedicated their life for pleasing Allah and bring us this knowledge. They were not sponsored by big companies or rich people to produce this knowledge. They spent their life planning for their reward in Jannah. May Allah reward them and help us reach their status insha’Allah. There is a great lesson here to follow.

Narrated Yusuf bin Mahk: While I was with Aisha, the mother of the Believers, a person from Iraq came and asked, "What type of shroud is the best?" `Aisha said, "May Allah be merciful to you! What does it matter?" He said, "O mother of the Believers! Show me (the copy of) your Qur'an," She said, "Why?" He said, "In order to compile and arrange the Qur'an according to it, for people recite it with its Suras not in proper order." `Aisha said, "What does it matter which part of it you read first? (Be informed) that *the first thing that was revealed thereof was a Sura from Al-Mufassal (the short Chapters), and in it was mentioned Paradise and the Fire. When the people "repented" (accepted with confidence) Islam, the Verses regarding legal and illegal things were revealed. If the first thing to be revealed was: 'Do not drink alcoholic drinks.' people would have said, 'We will never leave alcoholic drinks,' and if there had been revealed, 'Do not commit illegal sexual intercourse, 'they would have said, 'We will never give up illegal sexual intercourse.'* While I was a young girl of playing age, the following Verse was revealed in Mecca to Muhammad: 'Nay! But the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter.' (54.46) Sura Al-Baqara (The Cow) and Surat An-Nisa (The Women) were revealed while I was with him." Then `Aisha took out the copy of the Qur'an for the man and dictated to him the Verses of the Suras (in their proper order) .

For example a muslim country might kill innocent people for a political cause, that doesn't mean Islam allows the killing of innocence people at all.

@@kylestewart4795 can answer some of them but this is mostly political question will try my best
      1) yes it is not allowed during combat for a muslim to harm women , children , or even cutting down the tree it is reported in the hadith (words of the prophet)
      2) any action of lndividual Muslim does not represent the religion . by your example all the US citizens are torturers cuz what us army did in iraq would you like that sort of representation
      3) abdul whahhab to the best of my knowledge did not call for any thing different from quran and hadith(sunnah) but many people have used his writing to justify and fulfill their agenda . No attacking innocent Non combatant are not allowed may they be in Yemen or inside world trade building . go back to my 2 point just because few churches had pdf file that did wrong acts with children doesn't mean that all churches can be painted in the same way
      4) as far as i know Taliban is not harming children and women on the contrary if you check the amount of casualties caused by the US army it will far exceed the Taliban and if they did do it is wrong again go back to my 2nd point . If they truly follow Islam they must know it but al qaeda(did 911) (separate from Taliban) did not follow it . from what i read their justification (AQ) is by extension the US govt is chosen by its people and the US govt is meddling in arab countries (gulf war plus supporting isreal ) so in directly it the people doing it (this reasoning is wrong and doesn't justify attacking any innocent person )
      5) No religion is not keeping iran in its current situation its primary sanctions put on by the US and the years of CIA coup and constant meddling in their affairs
      6) iam not sure about saudi law matter but from what i know it simple sharia law (Islamic law ) . but its applied un eqully (a royal might drink alcohol and not be punished for it but a commoner would etc which is not Islamically acceptable )

I have some questions regarding Islamic law and war. Did Muhammad say word for word not to harm non combatants or just women and children? If the Quran forbids aggression then why are Syrians fighting for Russia? Is Wahhabism different then classical Islamic law in terms of permission to aggress against Yemens and target civilians, such as in 9/11? Does the Taliban know that killing women and children in their own country is different then killing the ones not participating in combat? Do they believe this is forbidden? I heard that religion is keeping Iran in place right now. Is this true? Is there any way you could send me a sheet on Islamic law as well as Saudi Wahhabi law? Does Saudi Arabia follow the kitab at tawheed and not the Quran, or do they just interpret it the way Ibn Abdul Wahab did? Please get back to me as soon as possible, thanks.

I swear Sheikh Uthmans sincerity and honesty resonates whenever he talks about Islam. I watched that video of Khadigas age (RA) being 25-28 and how he claims the age of 40 is a weak narration. During this video, he mentioned her age again as an example, and even though it would support the point he’s making at that time, he goes out of his way to mention the the predicted age of 40 is from weak sources.
Usually any Muslim I meet, I give them the benefit of the doubt that they are being sincere, truthful, and not trying to cheat me. Even if I do sometimes have that backfire on me. But with Sheikh Uthman it’s apparent he is trying to convey nothing but truth. Not only does he not lie, he tries not to omit small details even if that might take away from his arguments and points.
May Allah keep him safe and help him in his work, he’s a true gem for the muslims and the cause of Da’wah.

You are absolutely right about Shiekh Uthman. He possesses not only knowledge and conviction but also courage and someone like that doesn't need to lie or conceal anything. As for other Muslims you've come across, not all of them have masters' degrees in ahadith so they just answer based on what they've learned from various Islamic sources (just as many non Muslims blindly parrot what they learned from anti Islamic sources). Honestly, until I watched this vid, I too believed that Khajida(RA) was definitely 40 years of age and that's what I would claim. Now that I know that she could be anywhere from 25/28 to 40, I'll have no problem stating it.
This is why it's important for us Muslims to gain solid knowledge from good scholars like Sheikh Uthman before going around babbling all over the place. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, as they say.

Ibn al-Itheer(r) said, *“Seeing Allah is the ultimate joy in the Hereafter,* the most precious gift of Allah. May Allah (ﷻ) help us reach that goal.” [Jaami’ al-Usool, 10/557]
      *Allaah says:*
“For those who have done good is the best reward and *even more* (i.e. having the honour of glancing at the Countenance of Allaah)”
      [Yoonus 10:26]
The “best reward” is Paradise, and “even more” is looking upon the Face of Allaah, as that was explained by the *Messenger of Allaah* (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), as was narrated by Muslim in his Saheeh (266) from Suhayb, according to whom the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“When the people of Paradise enter Paradise, Allaah will say, ‘Do you want anything more?’ They will say, ‘Have You not brightened our faces, admitted us to Paradise and saved us from Hell?’ Then the veil will be lifted and they will not have seen *anything more dear to them than looking upon their Lord,* may He be glorified and exalted. This is what is meant by ‘even more.’” Then he recited the verse (interpretation of the meaning):
“For those who have done good is the best reward and even more (i.e. having the honour of glancing at the Countenance of Allaah)”
      [Yoonus 10:26]
The blessings which Allaah bestows upon His slaves cannot be counted. Allaah has singled out the believers for additional blessings in this world, as He has blessed them with Islam, and chosen them to be guided by the Qur’aan, and He will bless them exclusively in Paradise with the greatest blessing that He can bestow, which is the honour of looking upon His holy Face in the Paradise of ‘Adan, as *He says* (interpretation of the meaning):
“Some faces that Day shall be Naadirah (shining and radiant).
      Looking at their Lord (Allaah)”
      [al-Qiyaamah :22-23]
i.e., the faces of the believers will be beautiful and radiant, joyful because they are looking at the Face of their Lord. *Al-Hasan* (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: “They will look at their Lord and their faces will become radiant with His Light.”
It was narrated that *Ibn ‘Abbaas* (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “[The phrase] ‘Some faces that Day shall be Naadirah (shining and radiant)’ means, because of the blessing. ‘Looking at their Lord’ means, looking upon the Face of their Lord.” This is the opinion of the mufassireen among the scholars of the Sunnah and hadeeth.
So once you know that the people of Paradise will not be given anything there that is more dear to them than looking upon the *Face of their Lord,* it will become clear to you just how great is the deprivation and loss that awaits the sinners whom Allaah warns with the words (interpretation of the meaning):
“Nay! Surely, they (evil doers) will be veiled from seeing their Lord that Day” [al-Mutafiffoon 83:15]
We ask Allaah to keep us safe and sound
How beautiful are the words of *al-Shaafa’i,* (r) which were narrated from him by al-Rabee’ ibn Sulaymaan - who was one of his students - who said: “I was with Muhammad ibn Idrees [i.e., al-Shaafa’i], who had received a letter from Upper Egypt in which it said, ‘What do you say about the aayah,
“Nay! Surely, they (evil doers) will be veiled from seeing their Lord that Day”
      [al-Mutafiffoon 83:15]?’
Al-Shaafa’i(r) said: ‘Because they will be veiled by the wrath (of Allaah), this indicates that the friends of Allaah will see Him beceause He is pleased with them.’
