Amazing video, dude! Me and my friend Kevin (Calgary Planespotter) were going to try and catch the inaugural in early September, but we couldn't catch it due to delays. :P
This flight was the worst i've ever been on. I flew on 6 flights in 11 days. The first flight from gatwick to calgary was cancelled at the last minute even though they knew 15 hours before and didnt tell anyone. On the way back from toronto to Calgary, I was sitting at the emergency exit seats on a night flight. The noise was horrific from this plane, extremely loud. Pieces of the interior trim were hanging off (the grill near the floor) and it was freezing cold with no blankets supplied, I was wearing a hoodie too. The leg room was fine, but the guys next to me in the normal seats their knees were touching the seat infront the whole time. When landing there were some loud clonking noises that werent the landing gear as they were around a minute apart that I have never heard before on any plane. The flight attendants were fine but this plane is in my opinion an old piece of utter dog shit. Please don't fly westjet unless you dont mind being delayed by atleast 45 minutes and suffering onboard a terrible and honestly scary plane (I'm not afraid of flying just hate the air quality)
