You must have a tailwind because I flew that same route on a air canada q400 going to Halifax was 1 hour 59 min .going back it was 1 hour 15 min .I must admit that westjet flight attends are sometimes very funny !!
Hi, that flight was just over 1 hour 40 minutes. I had already flown from London Gatwick to St John's NF that morning and that flight took 5 hours 37 minutes. I am flying to St John's again in May and will get a longer stay over there (about 3 hours), so I am hoping to see more of the city.

Yes, you are quite correct. I subtracted the time difference and should have added it, so it was 1hour 40 minutes.
