I have the orange flashing after 1.9.5(81) update on my flow app but failed update on the bike itself. What can I do before going to the dealer? I'm not free during store open hours. Edit: I can't figure it out and there's nothing to be found on the internet. Am I really not going to be able to ride to work anymore just three months after having bought a €5.849 bike? I really should have stuck to driving like everybody else.
@@manaros191 Just insane. I'm still in disbelief. I did the shameful ride to the dealer yesterday late afternoon (of course with no lights because the bike wouldn't turn on at all) and I will probably end up paying money for something that this multi billion dollar company never should have let happen. I'll pay it because my dealer can't help it either, but this really smells like a class action in the making.
Hi Rafterman Howard, with the new version (1.9.5) we improved a connection issue that occurred between the eBike Flow app and some eBikes. This update will be rolled out gradually to our Android users starting immediately. In some cases, it may take a few days until the update is displayed in the Google Play Store. @@boschebikesystems I have the same problem, the bike flashes orange 5 times after the update and turns off. Nothing can be done, now what? Some mockery in a bike for 6500 €!
Hello maruda, 5 times orange flash means that the FOTA update via your app did not happen correctly, hence the software version is still 1.9.3. The latest one is 1.9.5. Hey Bosch, I updated today my Gen 4 smart system with kiox 300 to latest version (Oct 2024 1.24.8) , all went well,. but now the LED remote will flash orange, throwing error 112001 "your control unit has a configuration error" I will not update the bike anymore, because the benefit is zero and the risk is high !!! 😠

Hello, if the lowest two LEDs light up orange then the eBike battery capacity is between 30% and 21%. If the lowest LED lights up orange then the capacity of the eBike battery is between 20% and 11%.
@@boschebikesystems thank you for your answer, but this is not what I meant. The orange solid light is displayed on the mode indicator (the right side of the remote).
@@frankphotography8470 Hi, yes I know why. If your phone is too far from the bike during a ride, the orange light will pulse (when your phone is connected to the bike).
When I go to turn on bike, blue battery indicator lights flash up, flash down, then flash down again. No other colours or lights. Bike battery fully charged. How do I fix this please?
Brand new bike to the tune of £8.5k (Cube Stereo Hybrid 160 HPC SLT 750 27.5). Update got to 54% and then failed. The display unit flashes orange a few times and then turns off. The bike connects to the app for a brief second then disconnects. it turns off. Pressing the enter key, like it says in the video, does not dismiss the error, it simply turns the display back off. Even tried reinstalling the app but that doesn't work (app version 1.15.7(1024)). The bike is dead in the water.

They can diagnose your eBike and request a modification to the programming from the Bike manufacturer if necessary, since it is the eBike manufacturer who decides the limits. exactly same thing with mine....stuck at 40% ,dead e bike and app still updates....after 1 day....

@@worldmusic3464 I resolved this, the cable going in was loose because it had snagged in the handlebar of another bike.
Got orange flashing and just stays on have to turn on and off it’s brand new too
