This is legendary characters, they cant be enemies
well in ther early days there was like a consel war between sega and nintendo even do its over this is like a timeline where mario tricked sonic all along to make him think it was all fine

It's the other way round. Sonic thinks mario and him are friends but mario still hates sonic.
