If you like seeing the leaves in the autumn you HAVE to visit New England!!! Vermont and New Hampshire are the best for the leaves changing. I've lived in NE my whole life and the leaves are still gorgeous to me
The gold hoops look lovely on you!! Quick tip though, always make sure to sanitize your earrings before putting them on, especially if you haven't worn any earrings for a while. I recently had to deal with an infected piercing and it was a PAINN and I've had my ears pierced since i was a kid

I've travelled a shite load but haven't yet been to New York. It really does look inviting, I'd love to go. Solo travel is the very best travel. I refuse to travel with others, not that I really have the option (hahahaaaaa... sad). But going at your own pace, doing exactly what you want when you want is utter freedom. It's just the flippin best.
I've started creating maps of all the places/bars/restaurants I've visited in each city and New York has oh so many incredible spots. You should totally go down Bleeker Street in West Village too and around that area is my absolute favourite place of manhattan.
