I LOVE how you described the Crumbl cookies! A lot of people stop at “it’s so good” but I appreciate how you actually described the flavor and texture and people would be able to use your description to identify if they’d want to try it. I’m not a fan of Crumbl 😂 Levain and Chip City are fine. I like my cookies simple, Insomnia cookies will be a personal go to🫶🏽
When youre back in London you should absolutely goto Mei Leaf in Camden for a more authentic Matcha tea and traditional tea experience. It has the best teas in London

When you visit NY again, I suggest you go to Jackson Heights for a great culinary journey. Also, Spumoni Gardens for their square pizza (sauce on the outside!) and pistachio spumoni. I've already recommend Wo Hop at 17 Mott Street. Bon Appetit!
In America they use some chemicals that are banned in Europe, so some food/drinks may taste better. Example is that red40 is banned in Europe, but not in the US. Thank you for the video :)
Taz, Katsute 100 in Angel (also Covent Garden) do and excellent Hojicha and Matcha; such a good tea room! Also, in Chinatown, Tsujiri has a lovely selection of deserts/bubble tea with Hojicha/matcha

My wife is from NY and I don't eat bagles or pizza except once a year when we visit! Those two items and the sandwiches in the bodegas are unmatched outside of NY!

It's just a joke now how Taz be sitting in the same spot in the same park as me where I eat my snacks. The pizza and bagels are so good cause of the NY water that goes into the dough and boiling the bagels. Some shops in Florida import NYC tap water to make their bagels :) Come back soon!

I'm not a big fan of Crumbl cookies, but in my experience the simpler the cookie, the better they are. They crazy sandwiched, topping-heavy ones are almost always too much and practically diabetes educing.
I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the pizza in NY! I mean it's good but people rave about it (like Joe's for example). It was just fine and what you'd get here in Australia. Edit - I'll definitely check out that place next time I'm there!
