The vehicle we received has a serious and potentially dangerous issue: its brakes automatically engage at random intervals. Within the first 1.5 km, it displayed a 'system issue, restart' message, which recurred approximately every 1 km thereafter. Despite lodging a complaint via Ola's consumer portal and visiting the service center in person, no action has been taken. Additionally, reviews in social media reveals that many others with this model are experiencing similar issues. This product does not appear to be market-ready. We urge you to conduct a thorough market study and user survey. S1X 3kw.
