Last year, my daughter and I went up to see the Brown Mountain lights. We didn’t see any lights, but we did enjoy the tremendous view and sat at the picnic table enjoying our biscuits with local honey 🍯 on top. What a relaxing and pleasant experience ❤

I was in Smoky Mountains near Cherokee in April 2007. The strangest thing I saw was a large black cube-shaped building on top of one of the mountains. It didn't have any windows or doors that I could see using my binoculars. I couldn't see road or trails leading up to the cube. At the time, I thought it must be a military instillation of some sort. Over the years, I still think about that cube. It is the strangest thing I have seen. It looked so out of place way up there on that mountain peke.

I grew up and lived in east tennessee my whole life until i moved away 10yrs ago. Smoky Mountains are scary to people who didn't grow up there. There's tons of natural caves and tunnels. Old mines literally everywhere....documented or not. Gases like methane and numerous others that may be undetectable can be emitted randomly in large amounts which may lead to closures in areas once discovered. As far as Oakridge is concerned....yes....K25 was torn down but the equipment used is still onsite and will remain unusable cause of the radiation exposure. Nothing will ever be built there in anyone's lifetime. All materials were buried on-site. If you stumble of the beaten path or jump a closed gate you will be surprised at what you find or who finds you first. Many places are still watched closely for trespassing or prying eyes. My sister did water sampling there for years at sites where watse was buried. Wells dug on purpose to measure runoffs so they can monitor the spread of whats buried. We would fish in areas that weren't off limits around Oakridge and be walking thru the woods to a cove on a lake and come acroos a 60' ×60' area completely covered in concrete knowing what was possibility below.....That's scary no matter where ya from!
Had many scares in the smokys and other mountain ranges but only from wildlife or people. That being said ive seen ball lightning before in my own front yard and porch....least thats what I researched it to be. Strange blue orbs that appeared and disappeared in a floating manner. No sound or crack like lightning that had hit many trees very close to the house before. Damp dreary conditions kinda lead me to believing this was the case but people will draw other conclusions of there own.
As far as military stuff goes there is an active base on the north Carolina side, and i would always hear and see low flying aircraft on training maneuvers near tellico River and indian boundaries area. Never seen helicopters drop anything but if they where running troop training on the ground i could see why they would dropping things from the sky. Only my own knowledge and observations so do with it want ya want.

Why don't you guys tell the whole story about Dennis Martin. The Key family was visiting the Smokey Mountains that day with their kids and they saw an "unkempt, unclean hairy looking man/creature" running and carrying the boy over it's shoulder. They saw the red shirt on the child. And they heard god-awful screams either coming from the child or that creature. They weren't sure. Read David Paulides Book "Missing 411". Dave is a former law enforcement officer and detective. He also has a RUclips Channel. He speaks Truth and Fact. He examined this case closely. He met Dennis Martin's father which is where he obtained information for his book regarding Dennis's case. This happened and the little boy was never found or seen again.

Multiple occasions that as hard as I tried, I couldn't debunk. These mountains are so amazing. It kept growing bigger and bigger until they couldn't do anything but drive through it and she said she's never been the same since then. And then in 2015 I experienced seeing a vortex on her property in Seymour which is still part of the smokies. It is crazy how many ppl have experienced this. I live in the northern Blue Ridge mountains next to one of the highest peaks, bordering the great smokies. There’s weird things occurring all the time. That’s why all folks around here are armed

The Dennis Martin case is not exactly a mystery they did find some evidence that someone might be responsible for his disappearance. It was the Key family that saw a dark figure with something on it's shoulder that was red. Dennis was wearing a red shirt.

A man came forward saying feral mountain men did it and they were then hunted down by special ops for taking Dennis... this is a local who said most all the people know as it's common knowledge passed down. They recalled troops well armed heading into the mountains the day after... orbs have been used by several nations. The tech is fairly old and been used for decades

Yes, I remember this case. Pretty sure it was an abduction/kidnapping. The questions are who kidnapped him, how did the kidnapper(s) evade police perimeters & military trackers & for what nefarious purpose was the boy taken?😢

These videos never tell the entire case of Dennis Martin! Dave Paulides featured this case in one of his "Missing 411" books. He also met Dennis's father years later. The kidnapping and disappearance of Dennis destroyed the whole family. They never got over it! Dennis's father told Dave that this hairy looking thing was spotted running between the trees carrying the boy wearing the "red shirt" on it's shoulder and that part NEVER made it into the news. This case was investigated by a 3-letter agency. The agent on the case committed suicide sometime after the investigation. The whole case is very disturbing.

So, my husband and I are from Indiana. After caring for my elderly mother, we bought an RV and decided to hit the road. After traveling for a few months, we were exhausted. We landed in Texas far west Texas, to be exact. Van Horn Texas is only about 20 some miles from Jeff bezos compound in the Sierra Diablo mountain range. Its also where the weirdo shoots off his penis shaped rocketship.
Anyway, after close to 3 years there, I felt drawn to the Gatlinburg area of Tennessee. We then got jobs at a horse ranch in Del Rio Tennessee. It was awful. The owners were work nazis. Stayed there for 1 month. Back to Texas for like 7 months and still, i needed to be in Tennessee.
We sold our rv, packed up what we could in our Honda CRV, and headed b to Tennessee. No jobs lined up, no place to live and 2 dogs in tow.
    Sorry this is so long.
Im not sure why im supposed to be in Tennessee, but here we are. Coming up on being here for a year. Living and working in Gatlinburg Tennessee. The Smoky Mountains all around me. So beautiful and majestic.
What they've done to eastern Tennessee and western North Carolina sickens me. The devastation is unimaginable without seeing it for yourself. And hearing personal stories of coworkers and friends. And now we're expecting our first snowfall of the year up above 3,500 feet. So so sad....

Snow and cold weather in the higher elevation of Tennessee and North Carolina when there are people whose entire lives were destroyed by the hurricane. People lost their homes, vehicles, pets, family members, EVERYTHING! They aren't getting any assistance from our shitty government because well, they want their land. Plain and simple. It's the people helping the people. Not FEMA, not the red cross.... the people!
