It is not really ashoka chakra (tho many call it so), but dharma chakra. Ashoka was just one king who also used this symbol. It stands for dharma chakra. Yes change , but according to morality will bring peace progress and happiness. Else it will bring sorrow and regression. Nothing can stop change and evolution, which is eternal universal truth (sanatan satya).

These were 1000 drones designed and developed by a startup after 6 years of hardwork. The Swarm intelligence technology was developed in collaboration with IIT Delhi, one of the most prestigious engineering schools of India.

That "Ashok Chakra" has 24 spokes in it. It was first used by an Indian emperor 2,000 years ago. Ashok was an emperor who wanted to unite people so he decided to unite with many empires to make one empire (Mauryan Empire)
Mauryan empire extended from present day Iran (Persia) to Indonesia an from Tibet to Central India but when he attacked south Indian "Kalinga Empire", he defeated them, he won the war but the reality was that he lost the war because his aim was to unite people but he killed his own human brothers and sisters after which he decided to pay for his sins for rest of his life.
He followed Buddhism after this incident and the Ashok Chakra is Hinduism as well as Buddhism.
The 24 spokes in Ashok Chakra represent time which means that India should not resist the changes.
The white color in the center Indian flag stands for Peace and Truth.
The green color at the bottom in Indian flag stands for fertility of land and agriculture (India is an agriculture based economy)
The saffron color at the top stands for strength and courage of the country.

This happens because of typing mistakes and weird autocorrect.
India still follows non violence in the form of no first attack policy and no first use of nuclear policy.
All the 7 wars fought by India from 1947 (Independence) to 1999 were not started by India. We just retaliated hard and as a result our country is still suffering 😢
Japan helped us when our economy almost collapsed in 1991 with the collapse of USSR (biggest trade and defense partner of India)
That's why Japan is most positively viewd country in India officially

The chakras in the lion represents a movement that recently started "Make In India" making India Self dependant and reducing dependance on other countries for different products and technology.
The man walking in that circle was Mahatma Gandhi who is also known as the Father of Nation. What else? Yeah
The pillar that you saw is "Amar Jawan pillar" which is made in the honor of martyrs. Yeah by your accent you sound like a Japanese living in US? Right? No grudges,. I love Japan and had been to Tokyo twice 😊😊 We welcome you to India ❤️❤️

Indian Flag is made of 3 colours
    1) Saffron - For Strength
    2) White - For Truth
3)Green - For Greenery of our Land
In the centre of the Indian Flag there is Ashok Ckakra with 24 spokes which denotes our constant progression .
Ashok Ckakra is taken from Ashok Stambh (India's National Emblem).
Ashok Stambh consists of 4 lions (you can see 3 lions one is on the other side).
Ashok Stambh was made by Samrat Ashok (Emperor Ashoka) of Mauryan Dynasty of Mighty Magadhan Empire with Patliputra (modern Patna) as it's capital.

Nami, The wheel is called the Ashoka Chakra because it appears on a number of edicts of Ashoka, the most prominent among which is the Lion Capital of Ashoka. Ashoka was an emperor who wanted to unite people so he decided to unite with many empires to make one empire (Mauryan Empire). He renounced everything with repentence and in search of peace. He followed Buddhism after this incident and the Ashok Chakra is Hinduism as well as Buddhism.
    .
    .
Each spoke on the chakra symbolizes one principle of life and also the twenty-four hours in the day, which is why it is also called the ‘Wheel of Time’.
    .
    .
Our national flag-called Tiranga meaning tricolour was adopted on July 22, 1947 by the constituent assembly. It is made from khadi which is domestically spun Indian cotton as a symbol of nationalism and freedom. It has three equal horizontal bands. The top band consists is saffron which represents strength and courage. The middle part is white which denotes honesty, purity and peace of the nation. The bottom is green indicating the prosperity, fertility and growth.
    .
    .
The chakra contains 24 equally spaced spokes. According to the Hindu religion, 24 Rishis wielded the whole power of the Gayatri mantra containing 24 letters. All the 24 spokes of the Dharma chakra are the representation of the 24 rishis of the Himalayas in which Vishvamitra is first and Yajnavalkya the last. The Ashoka chakra is also known as Samay chakra in which the 24 spokes represent 24 hours of the day and is the symbol of the movement of the time. The Ashoka Chakra is rendered in navy blue on a white background replacing the symbol of the charkha of the pre-independence version of the flag. The chakra signifies that there is life in movement and death in stagnation. It represents the dynamism of a peaceful change. India should not resist the change. It must move and go forward.
    .
    .
    Also
    .
    .
The Ashoka Chakra is a depiction of the Dharmachakra; a wheel represented with 24 spokes in Buddhism. When Gautama Buddha achieved enlightenment at Bodh Gaya, he came to Sarnath. There, he found his five disciples Assaji, Mahānāman, Kondanna, Bhaddiya and Vappa, who had earlier abandoned him. He introduced his first teachings to them, thereby establishing the dhammachakra. This is the motif taken up by Ashoka and portrayed on top of his pillars.
    .
    .
The 24 spokes represent the twelve causal links taught by the Buddha and paṭiccasamuppāda (Dependent Origination, Conditional Arising) in forward and then reverse order. The first 12 spokes represent 12 stages of suffering. Next 12 spokes represent no cause no effect. So, due to awareness of mind, formation of mental conditioning stops. This process stops the process of birth and death i.e. nibbāna. It also depicts the “wheel of time” . The twelve causal links, paired with their corresponding symbols, are:
    .
    .
    .
    Avidyā - Ignorance
    .
Asanskāra - Conditioning of mind unknowingly
    .
    Avijñāna - Not being conscious
    .
Nāmarūpa - Name and form (constituent elements of mental and physical existence)
    .
Ṣalāyatana - Six senses (eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind)
    .
    Sparśa - Contact
    .
    Vedanā - Sensation
    .
    Taṇhā - Thirst
    .
    Upādāna - Grasping
    .
    Bhava - Coming to be
    .
    Jāti - Birth
    .
Jarāmaraṇa old age and death - Corpse being carried.
    .
    .
These 12 in forward and reverse represent a total 24 spokes representing the dhamma. The Ashoka Chakra is depicting the 24 principles that should be present in a human.
    .
    .
    1. The first Spoke:- Chastity (inspires to live a simple life)
    .
    2. Second Spoke:- Health (inspires to be healthy from body and mind)
    .
    3. Third Spoke:- Peace (To maintain peace & harmony throughout the country)
    .
    4. Fourth Spoke:- Sacrifice (To be ready for any sacrifice for the sake of the country and society)
    .
    5. Fifth Spoke:- Morality (To maintain high morality in professional and personal life)
    .
    6. Sixth Spoke:- Service (Ready to serve country and society when needed)
    .
    7. Seventh Spoke:- Forgiveness (A feeling of forgiveness towards humans and other creatures)
    .
    8. Eighth Spoke:- Love (feeling of love towards the country and all other creatures of God)
    .
    9. Ninth Spoke:- Friendship (To have cordial relation with all the citizens)
    .
    10. Tenth Spoke:- Fraternity (To develop a sense of brotherhood in the country)
    .
    11. Eleventh Spoke:- Organization (Strengthening the unity and integrity of the nation)
    .
    12. Twelfth Spoke:- Welfare (Participation in welfare activities related to country and society)
    .
    13. Thirteenth Spoke:- Prosperity (Actively participate in the development of the country)
    .
    14. Fourteenth Spoke:- Industry (To assist the country in its industrial progress)
    .
    15. Fifteen Spoke:- Safety (To be always ready for the protection of the country)
    .
    16. Sixteenth Spoke:- Awareness (To be aware of the truth and don't believe in rumours)
    .
    17. Seventeenth Spoke:- Equality (Establishment of a society based on equality)
    .
    18. Eighteenth Spoke:- Artha ( Optimum utilization of money)
    .
    19. Nineteenth Spoke:- Policy (To have faith in the country's policy)
    .
    20. Twentieth Spoke:- Justice (Talking about justice for all)
    .
    21. Twenty-one Spoke:- Co-operation (working together)
    .
    22. Twenty-second Spoke:- Duties (To obey your duties honestly)
    .
    23. Twenty-third Spoke:- Rights (Do not abuse your rights)
    .
    24. Twenty-Fourth Spoke:- Wisdom (To have knowledge beyond books)
    .
    .
Thus, each spoke of the Ashok Chakra has its own meaning. All the spokes talk about the holistic development of the country. These spokes give a clear message to all the countrymen about their rights and duties. These spokes are like 24 principles that should be followed by the citizens so that the differences of caste, religion, language and attire can be minimized.

Look what I've learn or know so far,
    Saffron colour means= Sacrifice
    White means= Peace
    Green means= Nature/Green field
the Chakra in the middle is taken from our National Emblem(4 headed lion 🦁) called "Ashoka Chakra". Name after Great Indian Emperor Ashoka. Who sentspread Buddhism to China, Japan and South Asian countries.
The wheel has 24 spokes, i don't know whether in has any special meaning or not other than Cycle of 'Dharma' and 'Karma'.

Saffron(It's not orange): I.e Indian Saffron, it stands for courage, sacrifice, renunciation, and selflessness
White: Stands for honesty, purity, peace, cleanliness, and knowledge. White is a symbol of light, presumably lightening the path of truth to guide the nation.
Green: It represents prosperity, faith, and fertility. It also indicates greenery all over India.
The star you said isn't a star It's called The 'Ashok Chakra'
Ashok Chakra: The Ashok Chakra represents righteousness towards the nation and its citizens. The Ashok Chakra contains 24 spokes in the centre which also presents the 24 precious hours of the whole day, and is intended to motivate the citizens to utilize them to the fullest.
also present in Sarnath (a place in India where the Buddha gave his first sermon after enlightenment, setting the wheel of the dharma (truth) in motion, was taken by King Ashoka to represent on the top of his pillars). The navy blue colour of the chakra represents the sky and the ocean.
