Bro the trunk lid on the jdm one is so nice. I got an 01' AWD 5 speed manual here in the USA and my license plate is on the left and the spare is on the right. Did you know that if you are using cruise control and yank the gear shift into neutral without touching the brake or clutch, the car will drop revs and then it will bounce off the redline until you touch either the brake or clutch pedal B). I love my CR-V and also how you mentioned that its like driving a civic with higher ground clearance. I wish it was like the 2001 Civic when it came to gas mileage, its a hog but so much fun to drive so the mpg is a non issue :P
Pretty sure western markets didn't get the version with no spare wheel, you'd have to import one most likely or possibly modify the bumper to fill in the gap.

I could probably get one for $2750 or so before registration and insurance, but it wouldn't have everything that I want. Just some of it. But that is for a full car that runs.

I recently Just picked up my 97 Auto with 0 rust at all for $1550. and before that I got a 01 with a LOT of rust for $500. So I am piecing them together, plan to do a B18 Engine Swap, and a lot of other stuff. But at the same time, I'd like to buy an Import.

you'll probably get 20-25mpg. Mine is an automatic AWD 1997, and I get around 19 city, and 24 highway.
