Fun fact: Liu Guoliang's new nickname is "Fat guy who doesn't know ball". During an Olympic game, Liu as the coach was cheering up the players, reminding them to stay focus. Someone made a comment with the stereotype of Chinese bureaucracy, "Is that fat guy government assigned? He looks like he knows nothing about table tennis". Liu himself found this nickname to be funny, and humbly accepted it.
Olympic: lets speed up an already fast paced sport so that it looks like 4 possessed men are shooting light beams from their bats. Yes lets do that...
