- SKY STRIKER is finally opening to the public on Saturday, June 22nd, 2025 at Six Flags Great America. Special thanks to the park for this official promotional footage.
BUT, for the first few weeks of operation RESERVATIONS will be required, which must be acquired in person directly at the ride in park. Further details will be available on Saturday, and I will be personally visiting on Sunday to test this out with the ADA Pass and see how it works.

Reservations required for the first few weeks? What kind of foolishness is this!? Leaves a bad taste in one's mouth I think.
I'm honestly not a fan of it either, reminds me of the virtual queues at Disney which are a real crapshoot of luck. I also worry how this will affect ADA access.
