I can't even begin to thank you all enough for sharing these videos. No, I can't perform all the moves. However, I continue to practice and get better - and I relish the challenge! Thank you for sharing your beautiful healing work with the virtual world.

I have been doing second up to Gomukasana, then going to Primary Pashchimattanasana adding Firelog instead of Janusirasana B and flowing throw to adding drop backs in Urdhva Dhanurasana and then rest of finishing as I felt second was lacking something that I wasn’t getting. I feel John Scott has added a nice few interjections in second that really compliment the specific asanas afterwards as well as before. The firelog pose, Hanumanasana, and Samakonasana and handstand drop backs forming a good start for tic tocks and a few vibes from 4th series. It’s obv right for me at the moment in my energy angle. Thanks for the session, I will be enjoying these added sweets quite a few times to find more bricks in my stairs of yoga practice.

I'd very much like to know the true meaning.. The spiritual meaning behind each of these poses ... Why. What do we receive .. in return of what exactly we do this within this fabric of our reality.... What is the other end of this journey this spiritual dance...does it have some geometric techology that can explain a algorithm to our conscious mind... Or is just for show off platform on social media which it clearly & sadly has become...I too practice ashtanga but I don't see any spiritual secred value going into learn with the that atmosphere...

It's all meant to get you deeper, I assure you when I adjust or am being adjusted by my teacher it is nothing but meant to purely get deeper into the pose. This is the nature of the ashtanga adjustments.

They count the total views... including the 5 seconds of paid advertisements of this as an add before other videos.
Basically any account can pay youtube to have a ton of views on any video...
