Yeah. GW really hit a home run with this lore. Just super interesting material. The models are pretty awesome also. LoV are a pretty cool race with lots of interesting stuff. Kind of makes you think about how the Imperium views machine spirits vs looking at them as just ai.
Mainly the codex but also in various areas. I added some of the Men of Iron info, but a lot of the material is scattered around, but the initial idea comes mainly from the Lore of the Codex.
I believe that they are in the Leagues of Votann Codex and other various books. It is apart of the actual unit allotment that can be used in games. The models are pretty cool imo lol. I think you can scratch build stuff based on the description of you have Mechanicus stuff left over.
