I gotta hear this pipe in person. So far, i haven't been a fan of 2-1 pipes because they are so raspy. But on your video, it actually seems like the TBR has a deeper tone.
I’ve had mine for 3-1/2 years… love the pipe but the FP3 I had would not work with that pipe… switched to thundermax and all the headaches went away! Runs and sounds great! And no more lean conditions like the FP3 was doing no matter what tuning was done!
I have the exact pipe on my 2019 RG I paired it with a Arlen Ness big sucker intake system that fits under the stock cover and bought a dynojet power vision tuner. It's a stock 107 M8 I couldn't believe the difference in HP and Torque!
Excellent video! Beautiful bike, I have the same : ) I went with the S & S shorty , I like it because you have the option of installing the decibel reducer if you are on a long trip. TBR is also a nice pipe!
I had a turnout on my FXLRS. Loved the pipe, it did hit lightly of you took a corner too hard but your pegs would definitely scrape first lol. If you're not regularly scraping your pegs you shouldn't have to worry about it. I'm pretty sure you can just buy a replacement end cap through TBR if you were to damage it and wanted to replace it.
Hi from El Paso Texas. I'm liking this 2 brother exhaust. Can you let me know about the heat issues from fumes towards the passanger right leg, I'm worried for the ladie ankle.
He already had this TBR exhaust, so I helped him out getting them on. I didn’t think I would like them on a bagger, but they definitely look sick and sound great
Do you use exhaust sealant that keep the pipes from seizing. When it's time to take the exhaust apart you can easily. Great video. Closeups helps me learn. Thank you!
@RAIDERWORLD I'm prepping to do a stage 2 so the Sharkroad full exhaust that I just installed, I'm going to take off again. You have one of the better videos because of your closeups and step by step information. The stage 1 changed my bike and how it feels. It went from quiet and smooth to very aggressive with more power and volume. It encouraged my to do the stage 2.
Unfortunately I did not run a Dyno on this bike, but most often than not, a stock exhaust has a dummy pipe. So in theory, it’s still a 2-1 exhaust. I don’t believe you have a loss in power, or a big enough gain that you will notice
@@RAIDERWORLDI know with my V@H long length 2 into 1 Propipe gives me Max Torque...And thats why people run them is for performance not the look or sound...The best look and sound is a set of true duals and no baffles...But it robs you of performance...
Replacing my exhaust, just a few questions. Original owner of the bike swapped out the exhaust, it doesn't have the exhaust retaining ring. Do I need to buy that because my new exhaust (D&D Billet) doesn't have them either but did come with flanges. Also, my O2 sensors are black, do those need to be replaced as well?
The retaining rings just keep the flanges from sliding off. Technically you do not need them. I would check your service manual on when to replace your o2 sensors, but usually you can just clean them
Dang that sounds soooo wicked. Def going to put one on mine. Finally someone who gives good detail on their videos.
Absolutely! I’m a big fan of this exhaust now. You already know haha

These sound way better in person. I didn’t think I would be a fan of these on a bagger, but my mind has been changed.

Yeah, unfortunately the FP3 is VH specific. Glad that thundermax is working out 🤘🏽
I've had mine on for over 3 years. Love the pipe, and sound. Great video
These are very nice, and sound amazing. Thank You

That’s awesome! It’s the little things that make such a big difference.
Man, I seriously love watching your videos and how detail oriented you are. You should be getting paid to make how to guides thank you.
That’s awesome! Thank you. I definitely appreciate that.
The video great and all the instruction are perfect. I"m having problems making the front exhaust flange flush. Do you have any suggestions.
Thank You! I would say with any exhaust system, you want to make sure you tighten everything down evenly. Leave the support brackets for last.
I would say line up everything up before you tighten it down. Also, tighten down everything evenly, and leave the support brackets for last

Thank You! Great sounding exhaust, and anything is better than stock lol
How’s the ground clearance with the turn down tip? Seems a little low and like it will be the first thing to hit in a turn.
There’s plenty of clearance. Now, I didn’t get a chance to take it down any twisties, but from the looks/angle it should clear hard turns

Absolutely!
Great video as always!!those pipes are sick 👌
Thank You! I definitely appreciate it

So this was a costumers bike, but he did mention that the heat was a little unbearable at times.
Did your friend want tbr or did you suggest it? It does sound good and looks pretty rad also.
He already had this TBR exhaust, so I helped him out getting them on. I didn’t think I would like them on a bagger, but they definitely look sick and sound great

I do not, I just replace the gaskets. Thank You 🙏🏽 I’m glad this video was helpful.

@@WDStock_manIt’s always good to hear when these videos are helpful 👊🏽 it’s definitely going to sound amazing
Do you really have to tune it? Im going to install mine but dont have a tuner yet and curious if its necessary
Not always. Just allows you to have a better air to fuel ratio.
did you lose ground clearance when leaning into tight turns?
I took it on a few turns, and everything was good on clearance. It also depends wether you have lowered suspension as well.
Was there no tune specifically for two brothers in the fp4? I have an fp3 that has TBR 2-1 comp , what made you choose the v&h map?
There was no tune specific for TBR. It was all specific to V&H
I’ve been seeing a ton of bad reviews for that tuner. I was thinking of going with the creaming eagle one. What do you recommend?
I don’t run this tuner myself, but nothing beats an actual dyno tune.
I think they are the best sounding exhaust , I have a set of black ones on my 17 LowRider S & a set of Stainless Steel ones on my 22 Street Glide ST
These sound amazing! Definitely at the top of my list
Dude where did you get that apparatus for the bags?
I honestly couldn’t say lol. This was a customers bike
@@RAIDERWORLD Can you find out?
How does this pipe compare with the Bassani Road Rage?
I haven’t compared them side by side, so I couldn’t really say.
How much power and torque loss compared to a full length 2 into 1 Like a Thunderheader or V@H Propipe..?
Unfortunately I did not run a Dyno on this bike, but most often than not, a stock exhaust has a dummy pipe. So in theory, it’s still a 2-1 exhaust. I don’t believe you have a loss in power, or a big enough gain that you will notice

Do they have a removable baffle?
I don’t believe so
Great sound!
Absolutely! I Didn’t think I would be a fan, but I like the way it looks and sounds on the bagger
Is manufacturer warranty voided
Not if your just adding the pipes. If you add a tuner, it will void some of the warranty
How is the bike with the fp4 propipe map working for the pipes on your friends bike?
We ended up changing it to (Vance and Hines 2-1 HI Output exhaust) right before I did the sound check.
Was there an issue with propipe map? I got a 2018 street glide with the same pipe.
No issues, the HI-Output just has a lot more similarities to the TBR
Hey thanks for the info. I like the pipe and great video. I'll run it the propipe map to see how it does.

Great 👍..Sir 🤗
Thank You!
Great video, Thx
Thank You! I definitely appreciate it
Stock M8 114?
Yes, stock 114
Next, a Cam
If he wants one lol.
Ahh the ol HOA haters 😂 great vid as always
Haha Right! Let’em hate
Who's bike???
Friend of Mine
How many bikes do you own?!?!? 😂✌🏾😎🇺🇸
Haha! Three now. I do work on bikes, so occasionally I will film someone else’s bike.
Have a bit of British in ya? Orientate vs orient. LOL
My English is not so good haha
Those pipes are way too loud that's why nobody uses them.😂😂😂😂😂😂
Haha! 😂
You don't know what you're talking about. Best bang for your buck
Too loud my ass, they sound like mouse farts. 2 into 1 is such garbage
Your intro look like a girly fashion show. Just show whether it works or not, how it sounds. Not how pretty it looks in a pink skirt
Cool! Take the time to make a video and show me how it’s done 👍🏽
Are they the same pipes for the lowrider S
They are similar, but the headers are shaped differently
