Great video as always. I particularly appreciated the comment about the trigger pull - having hands that have passed expiry date, I find my HD50 almost impossible to shoot accurately because of the trigger pull. A nice looking gun and seemed pretty accurate. Looking forward to the pellet version test.
My HDR 50 is 30 Joules and shoots 9mm bullets. As far as looking like a "Real gun" I'd rather it not look like a firearm. It's frightening enough to someone who doesn't know what it is, especially with the barrel extension

Cool intro as always. I have the Alfa and love it. It shoots hard. It will put a solid nylon ball thru a Rubbermaid 30 gallon trash can with the first 7 shot load. The next 7 shots are still strong but not enough to get thru. A very light weight hard hitting launcher. Look forward to that review. The Bravo looks really nicely put together, but is a bit pellet gun looking. Still a hard hitting launcher. Thanks again.

@@Joreel people at one time people said i would never get 40 joules from 12 gram co2 in HDP.50 , , after months of testing i got up to 42.92 joules and average 35 to 38 .
HI!! congrats for your channel!!! Can you tell me why the Chiappa LTL Bravo 1.50 in this single test turned out to be much better than the second test done with LTL Alpha 1.50? In the second test done after a duel with LTL Alpha 1.50 it recorded clearly lower values... thank you very much for your advice
That’s a very good question and sadly my only explanation is that the only constant with these CO2 airguns is inconsistency. Someone just commented on my ‘HDR 50 vs Torpedo Revolver’ video that they saw another video showing opposite results from mine. Temperature is a large factor, that’s for sure. The rest can depend on the CO2 cartridge and how big of a hole was punctured in that session, the conditions of the seals that day, humidity, etc… I think these are all factors that contribute to the large spectrum of power that these guns deliver.
I said the same thing I think you might have fired something out of it that did something mine will shoot 20joules with aluminum and I've had mine for a year and I shoot it alot
You're awesome My Man! Videos are great- I would be pleased if you could help me out with a quick question- how do I figure out my joules? Got my fps, weight of ammo, what's the configuration? Im not gonna tell all my arsenal yet but soon enough, soon enough you will see plenty. Still trying to get set up for My Less Lethal Fam Airgun Alley... Keep it up tho Fam!!!!

Thanks so much for another great video I had these in my cart for awhile. how is that silicone oil compared to the other silicone oil you used before??
Hey Conner! Thanks a lot and super cool new toy indeed! Let’s see how it does on the test of time :) So the new silicon oil was in the care package that Umarex sent to me - I’m guessing this one is a bit better given that it’s branded as “air chamber” oil (if I’m not mistaking). But I’ve been using the other one for some time now and (KNOCK ON WOOD) so far all my seals have staid intact! So they’re probably both good…
I know it’s from a different video but I was wondering how your slow motion camera phone was doing after you accidentally shot it. Were you able to get it fixed or did you have to get a new one??
Thank you for asking Justin! The phone ended up being completely cracked on both sides. I got on google and found these guys who come to your house with their van and fix the phone inside the van while parked in front of your house in less than 1h. Of course, it cost 250$ - but better than buying a new one! 😬
E Stato Fantastico!!! Bravo!!! Now that truly was fantastico. They should rename it "The Italian Stallion." It's got that Balboa Punch 🥊going through two of those plywood boards on one round, I believe. The Bravo looks like a Glock, and sorry, I don't care for the looks of the Glock, too boxy looking, but putting looks aside, it seems like an awesome gun. I'm looking forward to your review of the Alpha 150. Now that looks like the Beretta 9mm I love so much. When your done with the Alpha, I would love to see a showdown of those two LTL guns up against the Umarex TR50 (16 joule version), using, of course, the damaging devastator rounds. By the way, don't give up on the "Spagetti-O Annihilation Program" 😜, we have to do our best in showing the world that it's immondizia. Oh, one last thing, as always I have so enjoyed the theatrical performances you put on at the onset of your videos. Perhaps one day you could put together a compilation of them. They are soooo good. Cheers, mate. See you on the next one.
Amico mioooo!!! So sorry for the late reply!! I’ve been traveling for work and the comments piled up and… well, here I am! I’m so glad to hear you back in full spirit my friend! @@AirgunAlley Much mahalo for the reply. You don't need to feel sorry. Been out of commission with the ole back of mine. Only now that I'm able to sit at the computer . . . again. But not for long. Spending a lot of time on the recliner. It's sports related, actually. Played a lot of hockey and did too much weight trainer, much of which, done incorrectly. The problem with being a guy when you are young is that you have to prove how macho you are by seeing who can lift more weight. Unfortunately, if done incorrectly, the back pays the price. Hence, I'm reaping what I sowed. Anywho, can't weight to see your upcoming videos. Take care.
The maximum joules that I can use where I am is 24. I would like a Glock type for my wife and possibly an HDR or similar for me. Do you have any favourites up to 24 joules? I thoroughly enjoy your videos and have learned a lot thanks.
Thanks a lot for your videos. I'm learning too much. Unfortunately, I don't have the HDR 68 gun available here in Brazil because it has a restricted caliber. only security forces
Hahaha oh you’re in Cyprus? Interesting! Hey the other day I bought 70$ worth of watermelons. The cashier said “I’m sorry, I have to ask: what are you doing with all these watermelons?” Hahahahaha! I explained it to her (but I doubt she subscribed) 😂
I would, but only for air soft or paintball guns. Anything more powerful will just go through like butter. I shot it with my pcp rifle at the end of this video and it did just that :) 50 cal #8 SHOTSHELLS by Air Venturi ruclips.net/video/QRadeQNjW8A/видео.html
If you can guarantee a "face shot", then you can unload .177 pellets or even BBs from most airguns, such as the Umarex Walther lines and their Legends M3 "Grease Gun" with a 60 round magazine, and pretty much do away with the bad guys either blinding them or picking pellets from their throat long enough for you to flee the scene. BUT NEVER EVER DEPEND ON GETTING A FACE SHOT FOR SELF DEFENSE! The bad guy has to be very slow and stupid to get him in the face!!!!!
Thank you for great video! Just about the grams vs grains, this can be extremely dangerous confusion. I’m shooting also muzzleloaders and confusing these units when measuring black powder is potentially life threatening. Please promote usage of correct units, it helps to keep us all safer. g - grams gr - grains 1g is approximately 15,5gr There should be some law in place to prevent manufacturers using incorrect (other than official) unit designation. Cheers!
Thank you my friend! You make a good point! Reminds me of the early disasters in NASA do to the different measuring systems. Some used meters others used feet 🤦🏻♂️
@@Walem_B yes I do I own a HDR 50 and HDP that piercing knob just about kills it for me in the looks dept but I'll not swop it for anything less powerful I only carry mine in a custom holster when on horseback so it's kinda concealed (for the idiots who like to let their pitbulls attack ) the horses but then again each to it's own.
It is! Once you get over the metallic flimsy feeling while you screw/unscrew it - it actually becomes nice and steady once it’s all screwed in. I agree a big flat punching button is much better than the T4E valve looking one :)

From 🇵🇹 Portugal 🇵🇹 👍 A friend has now appeared here in Europe (you can buy them in stores in France) a new brand on the market is VESTA DEFESA Semiautomática CO2 12gr PDW50 Cal .50 14J max... According to research the brand is from Origin from Hong Kong and have representation in France, being a sub-brand of Firma Plant Beta Ltd. The weapon seems to be very similar to the Umarex T4E HDP 50, but I still haven't been able to see any particular test of the weapon, RUclips only shows videos made by the store itself...
The design of the LTL Bravo is more worked than the previous version. Power level is comparable. It is precise. The Alpha version has CO2 leakage problems. Is the problem solved with it, this is the question that arises. Video worked with a series of relevant tests.👍
Cool !!!
i guess it would be nice to put that gel head in the freezer to harden it up slightly or use one of your mannequin heads for a model , slop some silicone around it in a box , when the silicone cures ,its ready . then place one of them 3d "skulleys" that JON from complete technical solutions in the center then fill completely around the skull , when it cures , you got a gel head target with a skull inside , wow !!!! NICE RIGHT ??? LOL
@@AirgunAlley now i know why it cost so much to but , it would take a large amount of silicone to make the mold and also the target head . i havent done one yet but i see it is possible . i dont think it would look as good as that one you had with all the detail , but it would be a gel head with a skully or one of your foam heads .
Great video my friend what prompted me to look up LTL is the fact that I just received mine today I got the Alfa mainly because it was a little bit more economical for me at this time and it looks a lot like the Beretta that I thought was cool 18 joules besides not to bad more power then the Byrna so I think it's another good choice for less lethal later on when funds are better I'll pick up the Bravo anyway fun stuff Owe BTW thanks for the link to the Head I've been looking for an economical way to use ballistic gel and you pointed me right there ballistic dummy lab is a bit to pricy for me
Hey man! This is so funny, my next video will be Alfa vs Bravo, using a ballistic teddybear that was sent to me by Clear Ballistics and they seem to be a lot more affordable. Less elaborate on the busts, but a lot of other fun shapes. They even ship thru Amazon. So let’s see what comes out and if it’ll be helpful to you… I’ll stat filming it asap
Hi my friend! Regarding CO2 powered guns I suggest the HDR 68 (16 joules). If you want to move up to PCP (and in price) then I recommend the Huben GK1 (which can be deadly) or the Evanix Viper, which is a lot less lethal than the GK1
It really does, my friend! Indeed I’ll keep using and abusing it and time will tell us! Yess pellet version next! (Well I have a few vids to make before that one :)
Grazie ancora carissimo!
@@AirgunAlley davvero si...ovunque andiamo....italians do it better! Ciao!!!

From 🇵🇹 Portugal 🇵🇹 a hug... Could you make a video comparing your new LTL Bravo cal. 50 with LTL's other model, the LTL Alfa cal. 50 to see if there are differences between them in terms of power, or if it's purely aesthetic... As I was informed by LTL alpha cal. 50 have a power of 18 joules, the LTL Bravo cal. 50 have a power of 16 joules. (as they come from the factory). Or make an comparison LTL 🆚 Umarex....
Both are 18 Joules out of the box firing at 500fps.They're exactly the same except for the Bravo being more metal on the outside for more realistic weight and having one less shot. The Bravo is also the only one that can ship to CA.
Good question my friend! I recently made a video that should answer this very question :) HDR 68 (30 joules) VS Ballistic Dummy ruclips.net/video/zBdoYfU5WHM/видео.html
It's actually much better than he described it. It's very secure and easy to do. One thing he didn't mention was that when you hit the handle, hit it towards the front for easier piercing.
Hey Todd, sorry for the late reply! Apparently I didn’t describe it well. I usually don’t “describe” products in my videos - I simply “show” them. Yes the rattling stops once the part it screwed in and inserted in the grip. It has a solid feel :)
@@AirgunAlley Thanks for letting me know. It's all good man. I decided to get an 11joule HDR50 instead. Less finicky with projectile configuration and like a hundred bux cheaper. The Bravo LOOKS cool as hell but not cool enough for the price. Keep up the good work.
Mr. Cool Dude, I know that I'm all over the place but I'm a new sub. who just likes seeing you send rounds down range. And, of course, Mrs. Hot Chick. Hot chicks with guns, make the world go round. You do CO and PCP, will you ever do any Spring/Pump? But, will you get into the history of Air Guns? Everything that you showcase, is pretty modern, but how about some classical or historical Air Guns? I'm mostly thinking of the Austrian made air gun that was made famous by the Louis and Clark Expedition up the Missouri. Sorry that I forgot the brand name. But a British Dude named Pritchard also made Air Guns in the late 1800s that was pretty cool, due to their rifled barrels. Will you branch out or stick with HD type stuff?
Hello there!! So sorry for my late reply and thank you so much for appreciating my work! You make some great points as you’re actually tapping in my dreams! My dreams to do so much more with my channel. But for now I work a very intense full time job, while raising a toddler in a state where extreme heat and extreme weather are a constant challenge. My time is extremely limited and thus far I’ve only produced videos that time and resources permitted me to produce. Idk I'm new Also what is the difference in Joules like I get they are bigger with the larger number but how do you regulate Joules with Caliber? Thank you so much! - American Citizen
Hi friend! That’s strange that you keep getting .177 cal options. Here are a few 50 cals that you can buy straight from Amazon: HDR 50 amzn.to/4dNmzBb ALFA 1.50 amzn.to/3YQinMO Or this 68 cal which is my favorite among the CO2 powered airguns amzn.to/3MbMlDt The Joules is just a measurement which you calculate by dividing the weight of the projectile by its speed. Hope this helps. If you watch my more recent videos you’ll find a lot of interesting very powerful options….
Bullets and air gun pellets, guessing shotgun pellets too,are nearly always measured in grains certainly in the USA best never mix up Imperial and Metric measurements! NASA did this with a space ship a good few years ago with some of it's staff using feet and others using metres and guess what....it crashed! Mixing up feet and metres has caused the crashing of Chinese and Russian airliners too as international civil aviation uses feet but they used metres.... another recipe for disaster!

HI!! congrats for your channel!!!

Thanks again Joe, and no worries - if you fall off the grid - we’ll always be here to welcome you back ☺️
Thanks so much for another great video I had these in my cart for awhile. how is that silicone oil compared to the other silicone oil you used before??
Hey Conner! Thanks a lot and super cool new toy indeed! Let’s see how it does on the test of time :)
So the new silicon oil was in the care package that Umarex sent to me - I’m guessing this one is a bit better given that it’s branded as “air chamber” oil (if I’m not mistaking).
But I’ve been using the other one for some time now and (KNOCK ON WOOD) so far all my seals have staid intact! So they’re probably both good…
Ok thanks very much👍
I know it’s from a different video but I was wondering how your slow motion camera phone was doing after you accidentally shot it.
How dose the BRAVO 1.50 compare to the Umarex HDP .50 ?
Both .50 , both pistols, both CO-2.
Shooting aluminum riot balls ?
how long the co2 hold inside paint ball marker gas chamber after pierce from s2 launcher
It’s always best to remove it the same day or after a few days max. You want to be kind to the seals :)
In a few words, I’ll try to do everything you kindly recommended: from the HDR/LTL showdown to the sketch compilation… 😎
And of course the Spaghettio’s - you’re right, it’s been a while.
Thanks again my dear friend!! 🙌🏼

The metal balls seem to actually work and stop someone trying to harm you with face shots.shoot bad guy in the face with the aluminum balls.
Who makes the metal balls?
I love these ,I live I the uk 🇬🇧 so that's the best I can get please send if my way😊
Thank you for great video!
Just about the grams vs grains, this can be extremely dangerous confusion. I’m shooting also muzzleloaders and confusing these units when measuring black powder is potentially life threatening.
Please promote usage of correct units, it helps to keep us all safer.
g - grams
gr - grains
1g is approximately 15,5gr
There should be some law in place to prevent manufacturers using incorrect (other than official) unit designation.
Cheers!
Thank you my friend! You make a good point! Reminds me of the early disasters in NASA do to the different measuring systems. Some used meters others used feet 🤦🏻♂️
Are these Less Lethal guns legal for home defense in NEw York State?
Nice video and gun I like the piercing system looks much cooler than the HD guns thanks for sharing Cheers from Less Lethal SA 🇿🇦💪
You really think it looks cool? I thinks its underpowered, not very ppwertunable and they have absolutely nothing on the T4E HDs
Wow, can’t believe the pitbull story! So sad mate!!!
It is! Once you get over the metallic flimsy feeling while you screw/unscrew it - it actually becomes nice and steady once it’s all screwed in. I agree a big flat punching button is much better than the T4E valve looking one :)
It reminds me of the .177 cal BB Beretta APX that I have in CO2.
Anybody know who makes a good holster for this?

Et voilà! Said from a master 👏🏼👏🏼 thank you for this very valuable info monsieur Gaston! I’ll try the alfa soon and see how it goes at comparison…
i see some test about it and yes the bravo solved precedent problem
did it say what percent the gel was?
10% boss!
Cool !!! 👍
I will, one day I will, I promise. I have a very long “videos to do” list already 😅 But that is absolutely a great combination to try!

Who makes an Air pistol with DUAL AIR CARTRIDGES ? Or can I have one custom made and if so by who
A lot of people directly attach HPA tanks instead. Check out Rune Rebel’s youtube channel. There is a lot you can do with these toys
i guess it would be nice to put that gel head in the freezer to harden it up slightly or use one of your mannequin heads for a model , slop some silicone around it in a box , when the silicone cures ,its ready . then place one of them 3d "skulleys" that JON from complete technical solutions in the center then fill completely around the skull , when it cures , you got a gel head target with a skull inside , wow !!!! NICE RIGHT ??? LOL
Haha what’s your address? I’ll mail it to you with all the necessary materials and let you create it for me 😬😂

In your opinion what is the best non lethal pistol?
Hi my friend! Regarding CO2 powered guns I suggest the HDR 68 (16 joules). If you want to move up to PCP (and in price) then I recommend the Huben GK1 (which can be deadly) or the Evanix Viper, which is a lot less lethal than the GK1

Is it more powerful than Byrna LE?

Liking what I'm seeing so far. Looks like serious business aesthetically. I'm a little concerned about the wonkyness of the CO2 closing procedure
It's actually much better than he described it. It's very secure and easy to do. One thing he didn't mention was that when you hit the handle, hit it towards the front for easier piercing.
@@Joreel it doesn't rattle then?

Hi friend! That’s strange that you keep getting .177 cal options.
Here are a few 50 cals that you can buy straight from Amazon:
HDR 50 amzn.to/4dNmzBb
ALFA 1.50 amzn.to/3YQinMO
Or this 68 cal which is my favorite among the CO2 powered airguns amzn.to/3MbMlDt
The Joules is just a measurement which you calculate by dividing the weight of the projectile by its speed.

Hahaha good point my friend! I remember some of those international messes 🤦🏻♂️
