i have struggled to gain weight my whole life. but i would go into my fitness pal and find a caloric surplus for your goal. foods id recommend for a bulk would be peanut butter, avocado, lots of rice (try it with dextrose on it, it’s a sugar to help you eat more), oats, chicken, steak, seafood etc. lmk if you have any other questions i’m not an expert but i’d love to try to help bro.
