    Another great video.
    Since starting to row on a daily basis a couple of months sgo, almost every workout has been at or near full intensity. I know that this isn't sustainable but I just wanted to establish some decent benchmarks to work from.
    Time to start incorporating more easy days in the lower HR zones.

    I did the piece and left the ego on the shelf as you ordered.
    It was not as hard as I thought it was going to be, remembering my UT1 max is only 128bpm out of a max 170 (LWM 75.)
    I had to drop the spm on the last two pieces to keep my HR in line and I thank you for your efforts and presentation.
