Unfortunately it is NOT a project on Lego Ideas. I believe there are other 'Godzilla' projects, not by this artist, listed but they are constructed using only existing pieces. Because of this, It is my understanding that it doesn't fall within Lego's guidelines, although it would be Amazing!
I would want to see what king ghidorah would like Also it would be also nice if you also did Lego versions of hesiei, millennium and monsterverse monsters instead of just Showa monsters

The only Godzilla that has bricks is mega blocks's Godzilla x Kong set,
What I wouldn’t have given as a kid for this to be real. Wonderful homage and very fun animation work! So reminiscent of the Lego video games.
