Burst Boots with MovementSpeed as Mainstat (Double Jump and Acceleration Stacks for more Movement Speed)
Breakthrough Helmet (Supersonic Speed where the faster you move the more damage you do while you keep moving)
Lategame when you can use your scanner on your core power you can have mechanical claw gloves to provide a grappling hook for better mobility
Traits:
Hyperactive: Gain stack of damage as long as you keep moving. Theres a weakness stack increase while you jump
Bottomless Lung: Not Required, but just helps to have more stamina
Skills:
More Charges, Highest I gotten for charges total was 3 charges
50% dash range
If you want to be more combat oriented, theres a trait that resets the charge on cd if you kill an enemy

My build rn is Mammoth Squad, with Electro Missiles & Killing spree to reset the missile abilty. Then for gear rocket gloves/leviatation boots and airborne helmet. That way i can fly 24/7 get tons of attack when im in air and spam rocket barrage from above. It deals more dmg than any Ranger/Vanguard could ever do.
