This is without a doubt, one of _the_ best Megaman final boss themes ever composed. Really capturing that sense of ultimate climactic finality. I'd even go so far as to say this tops any of the Battle Network final boss themes. It honestly makes me kinda sad that not many people know of or care about this series. Capcom clearly knew what they were doing when they designed this fight, and they really outdid themselves.
Ive played every BN and SF games and honestly SF3 i think has to be my favorite game out of all of them (with BN 3 and 6 being close as the best BN ones). They did a lot of things right in this game.

I went for Gemini Noise swords. The paralysis did gimp some fights, but it was satisfying laying into enemies with multiple sword attacks for good damage.

The DS may have had its limitations for the time but we can't deny some absolutely genius composers didn't let that stop them. They really squeezed the ever-loving shit out of that sound chip and created some absolute bangers in the process
Same with Battle Network on Gba. Not all the Megamans can pull off such actually intimidating final boss music that also pumps you up. X and Zero series pulled it off a couple times for sure. Lumine phase 1 and 2 are amazing. And cannonball speaks for itself. But Starforce and BN still hold the trophy together for the most of such amazing boss themes. Even as a BN fanboy. I gotta tip my hat to starforce for themes like the Mu continent and wave battle themes for just hitting so good. Great battlers and other BN themes still rock too though. ^^
When I was fighting Crimson Dragon for the first time, I never knew that the second phase was scripted for my victory. So I was practically freaking out when I discovered I needed to fight it again, through 8000 HP, in a less-than-pristine state. I honestly thought I could die there and have to do it over. Delivering the finishing blow with the Finalize Big Bang is a satisfying end.
+Kai Li Kwoh Knowing that I couldn't die in the 2nd round, I purposely brought it down to 1 HP before finishing it off with Black End Galaxy, which, even though it does 100 less damage than Red Gaia Eraser (BEG does 500 total and RGE does 600 total), is a much more satisfying way to finish this f*cker. Major overkill for the friggin' win baby.
+Commander BroShep well the RGE does a 100 more damage if the enemy is in front of you, BEG leaves the foe gravitating and it will hit even if he is got invis, or invincibility frames (sort of the same) and as far as i know that thing is unblockable and undodgeable

Best conclusion for the best game of all time. Might as well be the best final boss theme in the entire Mega Man franchise, it fits the somber but hopeful tone of the end in such a delightful way.
They actually made plans to make a MMSF4 that saw Geo and a new character on the run from the law, but it was never made because it, like many other Megaman projects at the time, were cancelled due to poor sales (Capcom was just making too many Megaman games at one time and nobody wants to spend hundreds of dollars a year on just Megaman)
That minor-key bass starting at 0:33 really does a great job at subverting your expectations for what's to come, while gradually transitioning back into a major key to match the rest of the instruments. It sounds amazing.

Finally got to play and beat Black Ace. I was basically cheering from the Black End Galaxy finishing blow. Such a hype move and a cinematic end to the series right there. Just finalize out of battle, turn to look at the crimson dragon, and just kick his ass. What a damn under-rated series

The final form of this boss is as hard as bass anyway. With over 10,000 hp the battle is damn grueling. Not to mention the fact that you have to decide between attack, dodging, and blocking for every second of it. Made it all the more satisfying to win in the end. Though the same could be said for the final bass forms as well.

I see a lot of people mentioning the NFBB’s here, I kinda wish the Rogue noise form got one too. Instead of just being, haha I have barrier that lasts for 1 hit and I do more damage with swords. I still use it now, but that’s because it’s impossible to get brothers in this game. Still better than accidentally getting hit by the thing you are weak to I suppose. I don't think I will, I heard it has 8000 HP and the SP form is already hard enough for me, mainly because of the amount of damage the SP form does, plus the Sigma form would take me forever to beat considering I have to find him every time I lose, which will take too long

My story with this boss... I had the game in my drastic emulator, and I used a cheat where you press a button and done. But I felt horrible for cheating the game... I beat Pegasus on my DS and it was fun to actually play it instead of just one button press the enemies and done... But in 2017, I decided to play the RED JOKER version on my emulator... Since I was done with the cheating the boss in BLACK ACE... I promised myself not to cheat on RED JOKER, if I beat Pegasus... Then I can finish this one. That's my story. I won't cheat!!!
In terms of damage, Red Gaia Eraser is pretty good. Also Black End Galaxy looks cool and gives everything in the field Gravity, which means they can't move.

i chained a counter meteor light barrage and then used BEG(earned from the counter)

tip: Final part (Scripted event part) Try to get him to 1 before he gets you to 1 (allow another hit if you have undershirt) basicly to prepare you!

In terms of damage, Red Gaia Eraser is pretty good. Also Black End Galaxy looks cool and gives everything in the field Gravity, which means they can't move.
