Wahey! Cheers fella, great to meet you too! Even better to see you on the pontoons 😉 How’s that sprit coming on? Jenni’s just off the crutches too which is fab, still a bit tender but eager to start the road boat!

I’m currently in a Oceanis 34. My crewmate and I have nicknamed her the SFB. The stupid f$&king boat. My one complaint about the small boat is I’m so slow. By the time I get to the bays and ports I’ve lost out to the bigger boats.

Ah man, I know that feeling… a few years back now we downsized to a 33’ and the speed difference was disappointing to say the least. After a few years though we came to love her and found that she was really a light airs weapon! We also got more and more adventurous with our anchoring and even in places like Ibiza we found places that were super quiet to anchor!
Our boat was a Najad, I would imagine yours is faster than ours was👍.

@@SailHub this is a charter. With gimpy sails and a hull in need of a scrub. I’ll hit 6 knots if I’m lucky. And break towards 7 down a wave. But today will be the first real run. Big winds predicted. With a broad reach run from Kalmynos to Kos….

@kodiak7 hey! Yeah.. first job for performance sailors is scrub the bottom 😅. Hope you get a good run in today and you get some good wind in your sails! Greece can be a nightmare for being becalmed at times!
Enjoy the rest of your trip and thanks for the input too 👍⛵️💨
