- What I really weigh after Slimming World & Calorie Counting!
I did weigh 26.7 stone then l weighed 14 stone and 1 1 lbs, l am now i'm back on my journey back to 14 stone. I lost over 11.5 stone with some help from Slimming World, this channel is here to help every man and woman who want to lose weight and eat great food.

Hi Patrick, I have watched a few of your videos and have to say that for me, this is the most inspiring one yet. We are all here for the same reason, we all have those horrible numbers on the scales that we don't like. I think its great that you have shared with us how much you did weigh and how much you do now, also the fact you have regained weight just shows that 99% of us are the same with the same struggles. I will certainly be following your journey and maybe even join in. I also love the way you are not afraid to change what you are doing if something is not working for you anymore, something I need to learn.

Thank you for your honesty about your weight loss history and plans going forward. It was interesting to hear you say it takes about two years for your brain to catch up with your new body. How right you are . I’ve been at target for 16 months and am learning through trial and error how to maintain which is why I watch vlogs like yourself. Having the experience of having been at target and then having a regain you are the best person to know the what , why and how we struggle to maintain after a big loss ( 9 stones in my case). I will be cheering you on from the sidelines as well as grabbing any little hints and tips of to just keep going when times get tough. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and journey with us.

Looking forward to seeing what you are going to try on Sunday. I’m getting back on to eat cleaner today. My Birthday is January 22nd so weight loss is what I’m giving myself.
I am a new viewer but surprisingly similar story i have lost 8 by myself and 3.5 on SW 1.5lb off target and after seeing all the videos concerned about target. You have some excellent ideas and speak sense I think I may start noting down calories and doing both SW and CC keep up the good work
Hi Patrick 🖐 I kinda fell off the Slimming World wagon & have eaten SO much over Christmas 😂 I'm rejoining group this week & hoping to lose around 4 stone this year for myself (nobody else ☺) Good luck to you but above all, just be happy 🤗 Losing & maintaining weight is so flipping hard!! Remember to be kind to yourself too & celebrate those non scale successes ☺ After all it's just a number 😊

Hi Patrick and happy new year to you! I admire your honesty about your weight loss and you're right it doesn't matter to anyone else, but yourself how much you weigh.
I started my Slimming World journey nearly 6 years ago come February and at my lightest I was 5 stone lighter. Like yourself I have put some of the weight back on and this year in 2023 I have pledged to myself that I will be 6 stone lighter by the 19th July.
My goal for this week has been to drink more water (not gin) 😄

Thank you for your honesty. I've been following you for years . Gave up S/W during Covid and tried doing it on my own . Put on a stone and stuck there can't seem to shift it . Hoping to join you on your journey as I really need to shift the weight as I have Osteoarthritis in the knees .

Hi Patrick.Love your honesty.Ive been at s/w 5 yrs and at target for 4yrs.It wasn’t until the latter part of this year that I started to struggle.Old habits were starting to creep back in,and it was like I couldn’t stop them.Ive lost 5.5st altogether,and I have never been out of target since getting there in 4 yrs.But just after Xmas I was half a pound from the top of my target,and I knew I had to do something.I wrote a post on our local s/w Facebook page,about how for the first time in 4 yrs I was struggling not only with s/w,but physically and mentally too.I find this platform helps me to off load some of the things that are bothering me.
Anyway,one of our members had read my post,and she said that by reading it,it gave her the incentive to come back to group.She said she was ready to jack it all in.But because of something I wrote,from the heart,it helped her.In turn,she has now also helped me to get my arse back in the game too.She has made me realise,that I have to carry on,I have too much to lose,if I go back to my 14.5st starting weight.
I think losing the weight is the easy part,the maintaining is the hardest.Cant wait to hear what you’ve got in store on Sunday xx

Fantastic video, i love you and all your content. I find it so helpful! Like you, i lost a lot of weight, 4 stone and when i look back, i was at a perfect weight but my head was saying at the time, your not at target, you need to lose more. I put myself under pressure to the point it's now 3 years later and I'm 4 plus stone. I've rejoined slimming world but have not set a target and i will just lose weight slowly, comfortably and stop when i am happy and not when i hit a ridiculous target that I've set myself that is just to unrealistic to reach. Look forward to following your journey a long side mine. Xxx

Thank you for being so honest about your weight. It's a very brave thing to do. We all need to understand it's just a number on the scales and won't make us happy unless we expect ourselves and know we are beautiful no matter what the scale says. Love and light. X

Patrick your so inspiring and i know its not easy and its all about taking it day by day! I always try the positive the scales are just a number but the inches loss is where it counts. A scales value doesn't define you for sure!

Love you Patrick I think your awesome and very brave and inspiring that you post these numbers! I’ve put on lots since Covid plus being a full time career and no time to eat healthy, was in slimming world for while and was doing good but just didn’t have the time. Tomorrow I start again, as yet not rejoining SW just putting all of it into practice again, it’s not rocket science I know what works for me, so 🤞 you inspired me so thank you xxx

Hi Patrick I've been watching your videos for years now way back when you where doing slimming world I'm still doing slimming world but from home as a non member now due to the pandemic it messed my days up with horse riding and my SW group weigh in day they collided so one had to go and that was the SW group so currently I'm doing some walking and HIIT workouts which I love but unfortunately I've had Covid so everything's been on hold since the 12th of December but getting back into healthy eating tomorrow and easing in the exercises again as my fitness level wont be as good as it used to be would you ever consider trying HIIT? and doing a video on your thoughts about it? I'm really enjoying your videos even though they they are not slimming world but its good to see other options besides slimming world. I've got 6lbs to lose because of Christmas weight and through just picking at easy foods while having Covid but gonna get back into it again I really like your videos they help me feel better and motivated to try again
That's so nice of you. Thank you for being here for so long. Sounds like you chose having a life and fun over SW and that's the right choice. Covid did the same to a lot of people. Focus on getting better and then you can work on weight loss.
Great idea, I might give that a go. HIIT is very popular and also definitely works so it's worth trying.
