From my experience from the past 8-9 years, IKEA items are more suited if you're shopping for a rented home . If for permanent home and long term use, IKEA items aren't preferable as the quality is not good.
Unlike in foreign countries ,india's IKEA price isn't justifiable too when there are many better options.

I shared from my personal experience with bed linen , kitchen storage containers and bathrooms accessories from IKEA europe.
It's everyone's personal choice to pick what they want for their home .
Will know once you start using . Also pick orthopedic Bed mattresses from good brands instead of the ones from which will definitely have an impact on your back in long run

Quality of products available in the IKEA is not up to the mark, though cheaper. Small items for kitchen is good and different items are available, knives from IKEA is not good.

Certain items from ikea are not durable. Especially plastic items for bathroom and all. Also there is a small section towards the left side of billing counters where you get stuffs in good discounted rates. Those are items with small defects or ones which are last items in a design.those fitted bedsheets i got for 50%. Also those spot light are also not durable. After you receive the items from delivery please take a video while unboxing. We got certain items broken. With the video refund was a breeze
