Blackstone 36" Griddle Flat Top Grill | Assemble in 30 Minutes or Less?

My wife tricked me into getting a BlackStone Flat Top, so here we go!

Those lock washers are for the wheels. They're on step 1 of the instructions.

I think the hinge is just if people wanna upgrade to a hood later bc that's what the hooded version uses. But I bet theres some sort of way to drill holes and add screws into the cover that will allow it to work with the hinges.

I don’t want to pay almost $200 for the upgraded hood, but I also can’t just add a bolt in there bc it won’t open. So I’m going to play around with some ideas, make a few brackets and see what I can come up with.
