Do you not worry about passing a Police car going the other way to you? I did and it really shit me up, I thought they’d turn around and come after me!! 🙈😂
@@LickyDischarge Thanks bud 👍 My subconscious self keeps an eye out 🤣🤣 As you may have seen, one did go past but while I was going slow. I did have a moment like yours one time a few years back when I was having a bit of fun. I was obviously going a little too fast, and the police never turned around, although I also thought they would have.
Happened to me recently on my zx9 c1. I turned up a side road immediately after they had seen me. Pointless mistake because they did turn around and caught me. They were exceptionally professional and said if I hadn't turned up a side road they simply would have had a chat with me about my riding. I had to go on a driver awareness course and actually it was a brilliant experience that has helped me in many ways become a safer rider and driver. Having past my test way back in the 1980s I needed a refresher cause.
@@toothfairy2353 Sorry, only just saw your comment, wasn't notified at the time. I've been on a speed awareness course before too, for only going a little over in my car some years back. I passed my driving test in the mid 90's, only really decided to get into biking coming up seven years. On tests now you have to do a theory rather than just a few questions after the test, and a hazard perception test, luckily I passed first time, lots of mock tests online if you wanted to see what they are like
I just shimmed the main jet needles bud, I also removed the KLEEN air system and connected the crankcase breather to it and blocked the holes on the airbox, last video I think. I also have a +4 ignition advancer that I fitted last year, and it came with K&N filter and Delkevic end can and link pipe. I might play with the A/F mix screws a little at some point, but fueling feels great leaving it where the last owner set it after rebuilding and cleaning the carbs, they are stock too, no jetting needed. Thanks for watching 👍
@@leeengelsman1855 Thanks bud, I was thinking the same. I haven't inspected the plugs yet since owning it, so not sure how new or old they are, or what condition they are in. Knowing the bikes history, I'm sure they were changed within the past few years. May be time to upgrade them still, then check them again after some miles as an indicator to how it's running. I would like to get it dyno'd at some point in the future possibly, depending on cost. As setting up on there would be great, and nice to know what power and torque it's producing.
No mate, I've heard people say that too, but it makes zero sense. Fully synthetic is twice the price because it is much better, it keeps its viscosity at higher temps. Whereas semi synthetic oils thin out to a degree at high temps, so more likely to get clutch slip then. People who experience that probably either need to use an oil treatment when they change it as I did, or their clutch or cable need adjusting or replacing. Some people also say they had problems fitting K&N filters or +4 ignition advancer and even aftermarket exhausts, and iridium plugs, I have all, but the plugs possibly, haven't checked those. Thanks for watching and commenting, glad you enjoyed it 👍
Not coppers, they're been employed by the council to stop heavy goods vehicles from driving over the bridge. Shame about the shadowing on the dials by the way, amazing how much that happens with the sun this time of year! 😂 I know you you know, but take care on these roads, you never know who might pull out in front of you. Nice action though, ride safe 🤘😎
Yea mate the dials go strange this time of year 🤣 Oh right, wondered why they were there, any heavy vehicles going down that way must be lost anyway, happens obviously. Yea at some points, even in the vid you see I stay slower as I know there are some obscured junctions. Thanks RSM! 👍

How some action in the twisties, carby synchronisation only effects 0 to 1/8 throttle after that main jet takes over .

@@HalfdeadRider Good luck with it hope you get some improvement, Keep an eye on the spark plug colours and fuel consumption.

Did you not get any cluch slip after going fully synthetic? I was told semi is best for them. Anyway cracking video she sounds great 😁
