Wanda changed her into the nosey neighbor while the hex was still up which suited the current reality wanda had for the town which was more of a sitcom reality but I think when the hex was removed from the town, it changed agatha again to better suit the normal reality. I guess in a way, she still the 'nosey neighbor'...detective
