38:10 Là, Ripley active la purge préalable à la décompression de la cabine, réveillant accidentellement la créature qui dormait dans son coin. Du génie.
In 1974 the creator of Alien, Dan O'Bannon, performed in John Carpenter's debut film, a cult comedy called Dark Star which he co-wrote with Carpenter. It has an extensive sequence involving O'Bannon's character trying to catch his escaped pet alien and ends up chasing it around the spaceship; which became the inspiration for Alien.
Space truckers encounter a first contact situation... Hilarity ensues. 🖖😁 Yes, indeed. All of the human stress/threat responses depicted: fight, flight, and freeze. 🤨😱🫣
Saw ut in the cinema when it was released. Omfg it blew everyones mind. Now you absolutely *have* to see Aliens. Best sequel in the history of cinema by far.
1:47 In today's world, supersized oil seafaring tankers have a crew complement of about 20 people. No passengers to babysit. The spacefaring ship in the movie is a cargo ship of sorts not requiring a large crew. I guess it's implied that ships of the future will be almost fully automated, run by AI.
In the novelization of the film, the reason the alien did not see Jones as a threat or try to kill him is because it saw Jones as a worthy creature like him. A hunter as it were. That's the reason it didn't kill Jonesy. Besides, how could anyone do that to a sweet kitty?
The Alien sheads it's skin once and grows to over eight feet tall in less than 48 hours. Imagine how much that must hurt. It has concentrated acid for blood. And it's bones are on the outside. Open space won't kill it. This one is a warrior and like insects it has a certain function. But being alone it just kills to survive. In the special edition or deleted sceens. You would see another way it could have went. But it is saved for the next film Aliens. Please make sure to watch Aliens Special Edition. And the assembly cut of Alien 3, which is 53 minutes longer than the studio theatrical cut and gives the true vision of the director.
The Facehugger in the egg was done with Ridley Scott lying on the floor with a pair of marigolds on inside the egg twitching his hands .👍👍👍 also they used I belive Ridleys kids in tiny spacesuits to shoot the scene where they find the Space jockey ( creature in the chair ) to make it seem bigger than it was and I saw a brilliant behind the scenes photo of Sigourney Weaver and Ian Holm both cracking up before they shot the scene where Ash is revealed , also the actor who played the Alien was a man called Balaji Badejo who was an African student who was drinking in a pub thd crew were in , Balaji was very tall and slim and perfect to play the Xenomorph.
I've watched a lot of reactions to Alien, as it is my favourite film. Your reaction to the chestburster scene is probably the best I've seen yet. It's amazing to watch people who have no idea what to expect, it's like watching it again for the first time.
The reason the crew didn't try to kill the Xenomorph (Alien) by, for eaxmple shooting it, is because the Facehugger bled acid, which the full grown version definitivley have. If they shot the Alien, the blood would have eaten through the hull and the hole would have sucked the air out into space and they die from suffocation.

Loved it when it came out. Another one, in roughly the same kind of setting, which has gone under the radar, is "Event Horizon". More psychological horror than Alien.
I first saw this movie in the theater when it was released, and I saw it on the Big Screen. We had not seen anything like it before, and it had us on the edge of our seats for the whole movie. Plus, there was NO CGI. Ridley Scott did it all in camera. Now, in the modern movies, aliens are all CGI, not scary, and there are no new scary aliens. This movie, ALIEN, set the bar for all space alien movie. Stars Wars had already been released, and that was a space action movie. ALIEN was the TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACER IN SPACE Horror Movie, with the crew being taken out one by one, and no place to hide. Even today, it's a thriller to watch. Not bad, for a movie that had only an $8 Million dollar budget movie.
100% agree, and for a movie that is now 45 years old. And I think Aliens stands as a totally worthy sequel, in successfully taking the original into a totally different type of movie.
The new movie, Alien: Romulus, happens in between Alien (1979) and Aliens (1986). Personally, I found it was a genuinely good movie despite a few things that were annoying like the heavy numbers of callbacks to other movies in the series, it's now my 3rd favorite after Alien and Aliens. It's not a masterpiece, but I love how they heavily used practical effects, kept the first Alien aesthetic and the movie mostly works. I would recommend it.
In Alan Dean Foster's novelization, the Alien was actually unnerved by Jones in the carrier, arguably even afraid! Yup, it knew better than to mess with a cornered cat!
Ok, Liam and Steph. First, great reaction. You were engaged the whole way through, which made your reaction genuine. Next up is ALIENS. Make sure you watch the director's cut for the full experience and information left out of the theatrical release. ALIEN 3, ALIEN RESURRECTION, all have Sigourney Weaver. The sequels after the second film are a little uneven, but you can judge for yourselves. Then comes PROMETHEUS and ALIEN COVENANT. These are more modern takes on the ALIEN mythology, but the special effects are terrifying. Which leaves the newest film in the franchise ALIEN ROMULUS. It is designed to fit between the first ALIEN movie and ALIENS to take advantage of the time line in-betweenthe two movies. James Cameron directed the sequel ALIENS to give you some warning. Keep going and enjoy the movies.
Seeing this again, I have thought about it and have some questions. How did Weyland Yutani know about the Alien and what it could do and how hostile it was? Had they already experimented with people to see what would happen? As far as the movie suggests, Kane was the first to discover them in their first stage. How would Weylan Yutani know they were extremely dangerous and hostile and that they gestate in a living host? The second movie also suggests the company didn't know about the Aliens as they sent a colony of humans on LV 426 to set up a life there. Of course, it's quite possible the writers of the movie just didn't bother thinking of such questions and nobody is particularly bothered about it, but it does leave some interesting holes in the story.
I’ll be honest, a lot of comments have put us off continuing unfortunately! Although I do want to watch Romulus as its new and apparently it takes place between the first and second movie
@@Reactsandgames I understand but should try at least, u don't lose anything, I think u will enjoy. Also a reminder, u need to watch prometheus (great movie) to understand some stuff of Romulus and the ending too. Ofc there are some of them that are not that good as the others, but worth a watch
The chest burster scene was done with John Hurts head and arms poking through a hole in the table ( John Hurt was a very good contortionist and able to bend his body about ) he had a fake torso attached to him which the chest burster would come out from they used a scalpel to cut the torsos t shirt but they did not cut deep enough which is why the chest burster prop take 2 goes to emerge , the cast where given very scant information about how to Alien emerges and were totally shocked to give them really shocked reaction so their looks of horror are really genuine , apparently they arrived on set for that scene all the crew had raincoats on and the cameras had plastic sheeting over them the 2 producers and writers were giggling like schoolboys , the shot of blood squirting over Lambert was not meant to happen but they left it in as it looked really realistic , I love the close up shot of the chest burster with Kanes hands twitching behind the Alien such an iconic scene in an iconic movie .
Wow I just came across your reaction. Great couple, really good reaction. Like how you took the whole movie in and really paid attention to all the details. Great to see fellow brits reacting too. Your reaction to the Facehugger was priceless! Definitely watch the Alien franchise in release order. Alien Aliens Alien 3 Alien Resurrection Prometheus Alien Covenant And then the latest Alien Romulus Some are much better than others but all worth a go and judge for yourselfs. If you do want to miss some and skip to Alien Romulus then make sure you watch Aliens, Prometheus and Alien Covenant before. If you want to go full out. Also watch the Predator movies and then Alien Vs Predator (AvP) Alien Vs Predator Requiem. But they don't really go with the continuity of the main franchise. But still a fun watch.
Parker and Ripley did see the alien taking Brett as it was in the directors cut which showed them running to where he was and then blood falling with the water onto them. Alien and Aliens are cinema masterpieces, you will love Aliens.
I was 16 in 1979. Back then, previews weren't the spoilerfests they are now, and all you saw in the TV ad was a slow zoom-in on the egg and the phrase `"In space, no one can hear you scream". My friends and I went to see Alien on the very first screening of opening night. What a ride ! I must admit I had a few nightmares after that.
I like how you guys actually cared about Jones. I've seen other reviewers make weirdly negative comments about how Ripley was saving the cat. I unfollowed someone for saying, twice, that Ripley should abandon the cat lol. I was like, what??!?
Such great reactions guts! Oh, normally I feel bit of a thrill when reactors get to the dinner scene especially, but Steph is such a sweetheart that I actually felt bad she seemed so scared! Looking forward to watching your "Aliens" reaction next! Cheers!
First vid of yours I've seen, and MAN do I appreciate how locked in you guys are. So many of these reaction channels are just going through the motions, checking off the popular requests, but you guys are genuinely watching. It really shows and makes a difference :) Subscribed ✅
Really enjoyed your reaction. You guys actually watch the movie...😊..Ripley is the protagonist of the alien movies.. Sagourney Weaver the next movie is Aliens made in 1986... It is absolutely unbelievable Brace yourselves, it's awesome.🔥😁
You are just great. I quite liked it. This is the prefect "real" reaction to this Sci-Fi-/Horror-Classic. The 1st ALIEN is my favrite of the series, especially due to the famous Jerry Goldsmith score which combines a very lyrical/atmospheric approach ("space") with pure horror (Alien), even knowing Jerry had major arguments with R. Scott about replacing/removing some his music cues.
Great reaction, Liam & Steph. I'm hooked on you two. As for the Nostromo crew dynamic that you keyed on so often; the writers, director and cast created an environment that, combined with the claustrophobic sets, result in a building tension that , as the film progresses, develops into another character itself.
Guys you have to watch Aliens is fantastic too! And i recomend to watch 1987 Predator, 1982 The Thing, Terminator 1 and 2 (T2 Theatrical cut), The Abyss and Matrix Trilogy! I know you guys gonna love them all!!!
@Reactsandgames awesome the order it goes in alien aliens alien 3 alien resurrection promethius is a prequel to alien alien convert is 10 years after promethius and alien romulus goes after alien and before aliens
So excited to watch this with you guys, great choice!! Alien and ALIENS (2) are the only 2 “must-watches”, the other sequels and the prequels all have varying mixed reviews. I haven’t seen the latest prequel ROMULUS which is the one in theaters now. This original is amazing at setting atmosphere and mood 👌🏾
What a wonderful reaction! Your reactions were very genuine and reminiscent of my own as a 15 year old who saw this opening weekend at the theater in 1979. It was the most frightening and exhilarating cinematic experience of my life. H.R. Giger's biomechanics world was nothing the world had ever seen before up until this film. The twisted melding of humanity and its technology and the faceless, soulless power of the Corporation and its dehumanization of humanity is a powerful message that resonates with me then and now. His art is a warning. This film is a masterpiece.
Nice reaction. Makes me wish I was watching it for the first time as well, it’s that good of a movie. Once the alien appears out of Kane, the tension does not let up! Also, I like to think the alien saw the cat as a fellow predator and so left it alone. It can’t do anything with it biologically anyway.
I’m gonna write a couple of comments throughout the viewing, before I forget my train of thought. The reveal of the dead alien in the massive chair made everyone say: what is that? (Oh, and when “the only sane one says: let’s get out of here…, we aaaaaall say: yup, fabulous idea 😂 Ridley fought for this as he needed the budget increased, so that he could build that set. I seem to recall him saying something like: This is the moment when the audience realizes they’re not in a cheap, run of the mill monster movie, this was something else. He was so right, this just made everything more tense as you now really didn’t know what was coming as everything felt so dang real. PS: Three children were used for the scenes of them walking around the chair, it made the scene appear even larger because of that. Good old old school trickery Pokery 😊
Ah man you guys are quickly becoming my favorite reactors. You really watch and catch details and recall them later when they're relevant. I think I remember Steph mentioning she likes action, so I hope you both do Aliens. It's a bit more action-y. It's one of the greatest sequels ever made and a lot of people think it's better than the original. I myself go back and forth.
Thank you so much for such a lovely comment Daniel! It means the world to us! We will be filming Aliens at the weekend and we can’t wait! Looking forward to see what happens next! Thank you so much for watching! ☺️
I love how in older movies there were less special effects and cgi. I know the Alien director fought for the insane amount of practical effects they did. But for me it's knowing the actors had an actual set and Alien to interact with. Same with the Princess Bride and such.
Alien Romulus is like 90% practical effects, even for those scenes which I thought were CGI at first. The director is a nerd himself and he went extra way with it.
Now I'm not saying other reactions are fake, but to say it from the other angle, you two clearly are watching this for the first time and the tension watching you two is just as good as the tension of the movie itself. Fantastic, instant sub and will recomment your channel to friends, this was absolutely wonderful! Thank you both! Agree with others, The Thing, In The Mouth of Madness, and whatever wins your polls next, I'm tuning in as often as I can.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment! We really enjoyed Alien! We are looking forward to watching the sequel this weekend and The Thing is also coming soon! ☺️❤️
Thanks for your reactions to "Alien". The director, Ridley Scott, has had a long career of making a wide variety of stories for audiences. "Blade Runner" (1982), "Gladiator" (2000), "Black Hawk Down" (2001), "The Martian" (2015), "The Last Duel" (2021), and "House of Gucci" (2021), are just a few of his films that I've seen.
Young folks can’t quite understand what it was like in 1979. Access to media was quite limited. No streaming. VCRs weren’t common. Even cable TV had limited reach. Few production studios. But, HBO was a thing. As a 9 year old, this movie was off limits. Until it came on HBO at a friends house one night. Let me tell you - the sounds of the sirens on the ship burned their way into my soul. Absolutely terrifying. Love that it’s still holding up for the current generation.
The sequel of the movies is Aliens, Alien 3, Alien Ressurection, Prometheus, Alien Covenant and the new, Alien Romulus. I recommend watch in that order.
one of the best honest reaactions of Alien I have ever seen, you almost acted like if YOU were in the movie with them and tried to find out what was going on :D Can't wait for Aliens next ;)
Like a lot of other older movies, Alien is all about show don't tell. Almost all the questions you guys are asking are answered pretty quickly after the scene your watching.
That was a beautiful reaction. You two are great! There is no douubt you should watch "Aliens" which is the 2nd film in the series. Aliens was made by James Cameron, the same director who created Terminator (with Arnold), Titanic and all the Avatar films more recently. I like all the Alien films and to me it makes sense to watch them in the order they came out.
Saw this at the movies in 1979 on my bday when I was 14 with my mum and I watch it every year .. one of my fave movies of all time and Ridley Scott's masterpiece, a great reaction. now make sure you watch Aliens soon its a rare instance when the sequel is as good as the original...like the godfather and godfather 2.. (hint, hint) 😊😅
I love that tradition where you watch this movie every year! That’s awesome! We loved it! We are watching the sequel this weekend so it will be on here soon! ☺️
I SO remember seeing this in the theater(s), and compared to the 'Other two' Sci-Fi Block Busters (E.T./Close Encounters) ((I'm deliberately not including Star Wars, because THAT is a whole nother 'Class' of awesome (Not 'Horror'))), it blew everyone away! The trailer phrase- "In space, no one can hear you scream!" was well earned, but we sure's HELL made a lot of noise watching it in the theater! You're going to LOVE the sequel! (No spoilers from me!) :-)
Re. Lambert "She's terrified" "But that's exactly what you would be" Spot on. Some reactors diss on Lambert because she terrified but frankly I and every other reactor/viewer would be Lambert. We'd all like to think we'd be Ripley but... Thoroughly enjoyed your reaction. (Greetings from Scotland btw). I've subbed.😀
Hi guys Ian from Glasgow I watched this at cinema when it first came out I went back a further five times I loved it . Ons of my favourite sci fi movies .
Hello Ian, thank you for tuning into us! We hope you are well? That’s awesome! We are watching Aliens this weekend! We can’t wait to see what happens! ☺️
What's glorious about the chestburster scene is that none of the cast knew what's gonna happen so the surprise and the horror in their face is all real
Yes they did, it was in the script. They just weren't around for when it was rigged up so didn't know they specifics of the effects and weren't expecting so much blood.
An AMAZING score composed by Jerry Goldsmith. Orchestrated by Arthur Morton(who gets such growls out of the orchestra). Conducted by Lionel Newman and performed by The National Philharmonic Orchestra. This is another film that had to suffer the wrath of Ridley Scott interfering with the score("Legend", which is also scored by Goldsmith but also scored by German Rock group Tangerine Dream).
Some of these "classic" movies (Feels wrong too call them that though, they are just movies from my childhood) are really amazing. Some of my favourates are "The Thing", "The Shining", "Bladerunner", "The Secret of NIMH", "They Live"... and of course "Aliens".
I love that you two showed such sympathy for Lambert. Lots of viewers bag on her for panicking and freezing up, but her response is entirely believable (and probably what many humans would do in that situation). It's refreshing to see reviewers who identify with her and are willing to say so.

You're not kidding. I was 12 and scared to go out after dark for weeks.😁

Very good reaction, please watch the movie john carpenter's THE THING!!!I think you will like it
Second this!
It’s on the list! ☺️
@@Reactsandgames 👍
Definitely
In 1974 the creator of Alien, Dan O'Bannon, performed in John Carpenter's debut film, a cult comedy called Dark Star which he co-wrote with Carpenter. It has an extensive sequence involving O'Bannon's character trying to catch his escaped pet alien and ends up chasing it around the spaceship; which became the inspiration for Alien.
Space truckers encounter a first contact situation...
Hilarity ensues. 🖖😁
Yes, indeed. All of the human stress/threat responses depicted: fight, flight, and freeze.
🤨😱🫣
Saw ut in the cinema when it was released. Omfg it blew everyones mind. Now you absolutely *have* to see Aliens. Best sequel in the history of cinema by far.
"I admire its purity. A survivor, unclouded by conscience, remorse, or delusions of morality."
Best line of the film!
I have always loved the countdown part near the end love mothers voice the woman that did the voice for mother is in superman 3 with the bingo machine
This is the most real reaction of Alien that I have seen. Brilliant. :)
Thank you so much for watching! ☺️

In today's world, supersized oil seafaring tankers have a crew complement of about 20 people.
That’s so interesting thank you! ☺️
I've watched a lot of reactions to Alien, as it is my favourite film. Your reaction to the chestburster scene is probably the best I've seen yet. It's amazing to watch people who have no idea what to expect, it's like watching it again for the first time.
Thank you so much for watching and for your lovely comment! We really appreciate it! ☺️
This is a masterpiece...The second film ok...After that they lost me....Great reaction. Thank you!
Thank you so much for watching! ☺️
Great reaction! Your expressions of horror were hilarious😂 Can’t wait for Aliens.
Thank you so much! We are looking forward to watching Aliens! ☺️

Jonsey the cat gets an honorable mention for his great acting. He just sits there and his eyes follow Brett as he gets taken up.
This is one of the best reactions to this film I have ever seen. Well done sir and madam!
Aww really appreciate that thank you!
You guys are GREAT. Thanks! 💙🇺🇸👍
Thank you so much for watching! ☺️❤️
ALIEN 3,
ALIEN RESURRECTION, all have Sigourney Weaver.
Thank you for your comment! 😊 Aliens is coming very soon! We can’t wait! ☺️
Her eyes are so expressive it's amazing! When Dallas gets grabbed in the air shafts her eyes are incredible!!!
Haha thank you very much! I do get quite engrossed! 🤣👀
Of course, it's quite possible the writers of the movie just didn't bother thinking of such questions and nobody is particularly bothered about it, but it does leave some interesting holes in the story.
i loved ur reaction guys, great movie. I hope u guys can watch all the saga and also the prequels, prometheus
Thank you for the info! ☺️
Wow I just came across your reaction.
Great couple, really good reaction.
Like how you took the whole movie in and really paid attention to all the details.
Great to see fellow brits reacting too.
Your reaction to the Facehugger was priceless!
Definitely watch the Alien franchise in release order.
Alien
Aliens
Alien 3
Alien Resurrection
Prometheus
Alien Covenant
And then the latest
Alien Romulus
Some are much better than others but all worth a go and judge for yourselfs.
If you do want to miss some and skip to Alien Romulus then make sure you watch Aliens, Prometheus and Alien Covenant before.
If you want to go full out.
Also watch the Predator movies and then
Alien Vs Predator (AvP)
Alien Vs Predator Requiem.
But they don't really go with the continuity of the main franchise.
But still a fun watch.
Thank you very much! ☺️
7:03 the cat had been in cryo sleep, yes. And don't call her Shirley 😆
🤣🤣🤣🤣
The mouth is based on a moray eel with a phyrangeal jaw, which is basically a second set of teeth that come out and drag the prey in.
That is so interesting but also terrifying haha! 😅
Great movie! When there isn't any dialog, I think, is more scary than seeing the alien! Aliens is the next in the series, excellent as well!
We will be watching that soon! Can’t wait!
Also, the man, the actor Bernard Hill, who plays King Theoden in Lord Of The Rings also plays the captain in The Titanic movie.
Monsters from the ID
Parker and Ripley did see the alien taking Brett as it was in the directors cut which showed them running to where he was and then blood falling with the water onto them. Alien and Aliens are cinema masterpieces, you will love Aliens.
"In space, they can't here you scream" . The movie that launched a franchice. Where is Hudson when you need him.
That’s so cool and creepy! We really enjoyed this film! ☺️
21:20 The room with all the chains is the landing claw storage
I like how you guys actually cared about Jones. I've seen other reviewers make weirdly negative comments about how Ripley was saving the cat. I unfollowed someone for saying, twice, that Ripley should abandon the cat lol. I was like, what??!?
Nooo that’s horrible! Jones is so cute we love him! No way would we be abandoning him! ☺️❤️
Thank you very much! We like to keep it real! ☺️😎
Really enjoyed your reaction. You guys actually watch the movie...😊..Ripley is the protagonist of the alien movies.. Sagourney Weaver the next movie is Aliens made in 1986... It is absolutely unbelievable Brace yourselves, it's awesome.🔥😁
Thank you so much for watching! ☺️
Thank you so much! ☺️
Fun Fact: Alien and The Thing are the first scifi horror movies that only used practical effects, It's also my favorite childhood movie
Great reaction, Liam & Steph. I'm hooked on you two.
As for the Nostromo crew dynamic that you keyed on so often; the writers, director and cast created an environment that, combined with the claustrophobic sets, result in a building tension that , as the film progresses, develops into another character itself.
Thank you for joining us! ☺️❤️
Guys you have to watch Aliens is fantastic too! And i recomend to watch 1987 Predator, 1982 The Thing, Terminator 1 and 2 (T2 Theatrical cut), The Abyss and Matrix Trilogy! I know you guys gonna love them all!!!
Please watch the sequel aliens by james Cameron with Sigourney weaver it picks up where the first one leaves off
We will 💯 be watching it! ☺️
@Reactsandgames awesome the order it goes in alien aliens alien 3 alien resurrection promethius is a prequel to alien alien convert is 10 years after promethius and alien romulus goes after alien and before aliens
You have to watch the special edition directors cut of Aliens next. The added scenes are ace
@@pandapropsncostumes AGREED! I hate when reactors don't watch the Special Edition.
@@pandapropsncostumes NO. THE ADDED SCENES DESTROY THE MOVIE FOR A FIRST TIME VIEWER.
I used to agree, but alien3 has grown on me the last few years ngl I love how unrelentingly bleak it is.
We can’t wait to watch Aliens!! Should be on here soon! ☺️
Thank you! ☺️
A pretty solid franchise! The first two are absolute classics. Hope to see more of you reacting to these 👽
Thank you so much for watching! ☺️
You guys have a wonderful empathy with the films you watch, which makes for great reactions. Thank you
Thank you so much! 😊
Great film and the music sets the atmosphere of the scene.
Thank you! ☺️
I’m gonna write a couple of comments throughout the viewing, before I forget my train of thought.
The reveal of the dead alien in the massive chair made everyone say: what is that? (Oh, and when “the only sane one says: let’s get out of here…, we aaaaaall say: yup, fabulous idea 😂
Ridley fought for this as he needed the budget increased, so that he could build that set.
There was no CGI in older movies. Be cool if there was in things like Rear Window.
Alien Romulus is like 90% practical effects, even for those scenes which I thought were CGI at first. The director is a nerd himself and he went extra way with it.
@@zedwpdWhy would Rear Window need CGI ?
It wants to survive, travel and evolve. Gotta keep moving onto the next traveling ship!
great reaction guys. not bad for a 45 years old movie. you 2 were really scare. it was beautiful to see lol that's why we watch these videos
Thank you so much for watching! ☺️❤️
I love first timers watching Alien. Also the Editing is good, by which I mean you keept the integraty of the movie without cutting it apart. Cheers
Thank you so much for watching! ☺️
The stunned silence at the chest burster scene was fantastic.great reaction.
Thank you so much! 😊
Personally I'd skip Alien 3. Resurrection is a great film.
Good film, nobody had ever seen anything like it when it came out.
It’s such a good film! ☺️
one of the best honest reaactions of Alien I have ever seen, you almost acted like if YOU were in the movie with them and tried to find out what was going on :D Can't wait for Aliens next ;)
Thank you so much! Next one will be on here very soon! ☺️
And she never allowed quarentine to be broken ever again
Too right! Lol
Like a lot of other older movies, Alien is all about show don't tell. Almost all the questions you guys are asking are answered pretty quickly after the scene your watching.
Yeah it really is a brilliant film! ☺️
You two did a great job! Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for your comment and for watching! ❤️
You'll love ALIENS the sequel
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Classic
That was a beautiful reaction. You two are great!
There is no douubt you should watch "Aliens" which is the 2nd film in the series.
Aliens was made by James Cameron, the same director who created Terminator (with Arnold), Titanic and all the Avatar films more recently.
I like all the Alien films and to me it makes sense to watch them in the order they came out.
We are watching the sequel this weekend! Really looking forward to it! Thank you for watching! ☺️
Really enjoy this reaction. You guys had no idea what was going to happen in the film which made it fun to watch.
Thank you so much! 😊
(No spoilers from me!)
:-)
We are watching the sequel this weekend and we can’t wait! ☺️❤️
Re. Lambert
"She's terrified"
"But that's exactly what you would be"
Spot on. Some reactors diss on Lambert because she terrified but frankly I and every other reactor/viewer would be Lambert. We'd all like to think we'd be Ripley but...
Thoroughly enjoyed your reaction. (Greetings from Scotland btw). I've subbed.😀
Thank you so much for your support! ☺️ we would 💯 be Lambert haha! ☺️
"go back to sleep for 6 weeks" lol
Wish I could do that 😂
Some of these "classic" movies (Feels wrong too call them that though, they are just movies from my childhood) are really amazing. Some of my favourates are "The Thing", "The Shining", "Bladerunner", "The Secret of NIMH", "They Live"... and of course "Aliens".
Aliens, blade runner and the thing are all on our list! ☺️
Lambert was in The Birds
And in the 70s version of Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
And her sister was in lost in space
