Your roses are beautiful, they remind me of the roses at Magdalen college, Oxford, England, which made me think those are the most beautiful roses I have ever seen. I never did ask what kind of roses they were. Edit: out of the depths of my memory, I might have asked and been told they were called Queen Elizabeth, but I can't be sure.

Latin countries + Australia and Japan are using Pierre de Ronsard. Eden Rose is used in Germany, England and USA. For the rest of the world, they use the name where it was exported from. In Russia it was exported by Germany and France 😉

Do you know if I plant 1 Eden and 1 Zephirine Drouhin, per Trellis, is it enough to cover the trellis. Shall I plant 2 Eden and Zephirine Drouhin on the 240*180 cm? Your Eden is a rose bush that can be trained as a climbing rose? Is it own root rose? Are the bloom resistant to rain? I heard that when it rains, the bloom turns brown and won't open. I saw another mini Eden rose or Eden climber (Meiland 2008) with smaller flowers. Which one you recommend on trellis. I really enjoy your garden.
Lauren Gormly Hi Gorgeous, I believe the trellis have a limitation in height of 4 feet. How about in your city? When trellis is against wall, maybe the height limitation will not apply. Do u want to put up a small arch in the center of front yard? So the flower can grow there.
Healthy Bagicha in my experience grafted perform better, quicker. Own root take a long time to get adjusted. I believe Eden performs better when it is grafted!
Do you know where I can get a David Austin rose called Jessica's Beauty or Pretty Jessica? I just lost my lovely pet named Jessica. I would like to plant this rose in her memory at the entrance of my garden. I live in the U.S. and having trouble finding it here. Thank You

Fatema Sultana I got them at my local nursery but you can also purchase them on heirloomroses.com but it will be own root and not grafted.
