      I hope so too, loosing hair can be very upsetting to say the least. Just take care of you over all and hopefully the hair will get better.

      CHANGES IN HORMONAL BALANCE EFFECT THE CROWN. I FOUND BORAGE BY BARLEAN,
      FO-TI POWDER IN CPSULES OR LOOSE POWDER,
      AND CHASTE BERRY POWDER LOOSE FORM/VITEX CAPSULES ARE EXCELLENT NATURAL FLOWERS IN THE FORM OF OIL,AND POWDERS ARE AWESOME IN BALANCING HORMONAL LEVELS AND THE HAIR GROWS BACK IN HEALTHY AND STRONG.
      TAKING ALL 3 NATURAL INGREDIENTS WORK BEST TO SEE RESULTS.

      Hope it gets better, just treat with more care and try something that would encourage hair regrowth in that area.

      So glad you took the time to watch this. I feel your pain, I would strongly suggest you check if there is no internal issues in terms of your health. So make sure no vitamins deficiency. Once you have no problems internally. Then it might be beneficial to start a fresh and do a big chop. Then re -learn good hair care practices. Step by step grow your hair back..

I have my PCOS which can cause hair failll often and rhumetoid arthritis under control my hairs doing better…not growing well but retaining …I will never have the hair I dream of which was just full healthy crown to my ears at least…nope

      I have low iron I didn't know what was causing my long thick health hair.To just start falling out.I got trims washed every 2wks.Very well taken care of however I was extremely busy.So my hair was in a ponytail 6 days a week.Before the fallout.I gave up and went to the Doctor one day.Very Low Iron.After getting that under control.The right vitamins sleep food and water.My hair is growing back healthy and strong.Go see your doctor just to check your levels

    Ive had waves for about 1yr now and i wanted to go back to sponging my hair. idk if its that my hair is trained to like lay down around my crown or if my crown is just thinning

    • @AMumJournies
      @AMumJournies  2 года назад

      I have heard that waves can do that to your crown. I would say focus on applying growth oils on your crown for a few months , after taking a photo to track your progress. If you can’t keep the oils on your scalp for a while, try applying the night before your wash day. Also, stop washing everyday , am assuming you are a guy. Based on the name, correct me if am wrong. If you don’t wash everyday then that’s great.

    • @AMumJournies
      @AMumJournies  2 года назад

      Hi Mayowa, thank you for this message , thank you , I hope you are now a member of my RUclips family. I am not sure by your discription exactly, but I would say to check if you are getting all the vitamins you need in your body. Then I would also say to do a good trim or big chop and start afresh. So ,make sure to get a good hair growth oil, and then slowly take pictures of any progress you make. I will do another video like this as it seems to have helped many people or at least got them to comment and show me that the crown is an area of concern, then I will also show my progress to encourage.

      Depending on how wide the breakage area is then I would say cut it all off, but if it is just thinning slowly care for it and trim as it grows.
