Diana was found abandoned in a bus shelter with a broken collarbone when she 2yo , ended up in an orphanage and then adopted by a carer in the home and was so traumatised she couldn't speak for years. She was rehabilitated with singing lessons to improve her stuttering and shyness...... then this voice broke out. This singing show, You Are Super, is open to disadvantaged and traumatised children . This was her first appearance on the show., at 14yo, I think? She sings this primal Slavic folk song from the heart, as she can perhaps, relate to some of it. Also from that show I love her performance of 'Human'. The Russians call her the Shamanesse, and with those yells you know why. Her history is shocking with heartbreaking abuse and this girl went from being mute, to singing like this in just 10 years- stunning, and that is why she is such an original.
