I made the exact same mistake with my first corner setup. all it did was create a wider walkway for crowds to walk through and no one was stopping into my booth the way I intended

Single Sploot, you've come a long way since 2021. Sure, looking back can cause cringe-inspired face-palms; heck, everyone has to start somewhere. 4 years, over 100 events. Wow! Major respect. 💪👏 Doubt most folks doing events get past 10, 20........🤕

So I’m doing my first outdoor event with a tent and I was wondering, what do you recommend using to attach your banner to the tent? I’ve been vending for like two years now (Paws And Stitch) but all my pop up’s have either been in door or I didn’t need a tent. It supposed to be windy and I’m kinda stressing 😬😬😬
Also yes, I also shook my head at your first display with a 10x10 corner space.. GIRRRRRRL 😅😅

I would recommend zip ties if you have a tent that has a flat bar on the top (mines doesn't) or if you're wanting to attach it on the outside to the top then using binder clips surprisingly do well!
If you're none of those, I recommend getting cheap rope from Walmart and tie it off at each corner much like I did but the rope I was using had hooks on one end and I couldn't tighten it to too well.

Hey, loved this video, so helpful! But can I ask, how are you not worried about people stealing your stickers/anything that is very accessible to grab? I've been doing few markets recently and had noticed that there is always a few prints/stickers/pins missing if they are that easily to grab...

Theft is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS on the back of my mind. I craft my set up so that I am always visible & my customers are always visible. I also engage with my customers the moment they approach my booth so that customers are aware that I am aware of their presence.

Can you share the reason you will never do a discount bin again?

i found that people will gravitate towards that more than my normal products (lowers my overall profits) and proceed to complain about the faults in which the items in the discount bin have (hence discount) so I removed the discount bin altogether.
