I did it 7 days 1 day:i did it 2 day:i did it 3 day: litle bit hard 4 day:my whole body arm on fire!!! 5 day:i did it 6 day: i did it 7 day: i did it and i can see some changes in my body just 7 days!!!!! My upper belli flated!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@zarutsuriyaarunroj6368 no i think bec this is a cooldown stretch and is linked with other workout plans of this channel like abs challenge, dumbles challenge etc so people come hear to write there progress. Workouts in each challenge is 45-60min thats y results r fast

@@talhask3302 yeah, all went well untill I had a small ligament tear in my left knee..... I was bed ridden for 1 month.. i would say don't strain yourself too much.... I'm planning to continue this after I get well...
Dumbles workout Day 1 = COMPLETED , body is a bit shaky, dumble abs workout was a bit hard Day 2 = COMPLETED , i had sourness in my chest and triceps Day 3 =COMPLETED , the workout was becoming easier to do and started feeling strong Day 4 =REST DAY Day 5= REST DAY, didn't do bec i had an exam tomorrow and was worried if i would be weak and have body ache Day 6= COMPLETED , i could notice that my belly stared to become flat and could do the exercises better and faster Day 7=COMPLETED , started to get a hang of this long workout Day 8=COMPLETED , i increased the weights of my 4kg dumbles to 5.5 kg bec i think i had got used to my old weight as workouts was easy Day 9 = REST DAY Day 10 = COMPLETED, became very tried as it was a full upper body workout Day 11 = COMPELATED , gettimg stronger bowies Day 12 = COMPLEATED Day 13 = REST Day 14 = COMPLEATED , it was a 25min lower body workout my legs r shaky as hell

@@robyca2545 hey roby in past week after day 3 i was experimenting with all the plans available on Thier website....to find which fits me best.....i found out 14 day plan was the best....i feel burning sensation after the workout which is good...soo i think it'll work and after 14 days ill move on to 21 days 6pack....soo ig when u continue like that it mist work and as the excersise in the videos r intense after 3 days i could feel my calf muscles uk like the shape n all...so it must work
If Do this workout after do some weight loss workout it help to loss fat or not burn fat because it is cool down workout to stop burning fat.. Iam in confusion please reply
There are 3 to 4 videos for each day.. they will take about maximum an hour.. so we have to do them all once.. in some other videos which are of 15 or 20 mind.. it has been said by instructor to do thrice to overall include atleast 1 hour of workout per day.. here they are already making up an hour..

Day 1 = COMPLETED , body is a bit shaky, dumble abs workout was a bit hard
