Here all 4 charger are connected in parallel.
In a parallel circuit, the voltage across each of the components is the same, and the total current is the sum of the currents flowing through each component.
A single charger give ~2 amp of current. So, after connecting all four in parallel then the final output will be 5 V 8 Amp approx which making phone charge faster.

The reason behind the phone is not blasted is our phone is too smart it take only voltages whatever it can support
By connecting many similar chargers in parallel the amperes of the chargers adds up and voltage remains same
So, if we connect a smart device (lets say smartphone) to the chargers, the device will only take a fixed amount of ampere allowed by its motherboard.
