    Exceptional video. This is the first review of efx Fragments where I've appreciated the true power of the plugin. Terrific job Synth Guy. 👍😎

    I like the Voice examples very much 😎 I find the idea of Granular synthesis fascinating, even though the flurry of activity makes the control freak within me a little bit antsy lol 😅

    I installed Efx Fragment, when I'm using it, the waves bar (white line) and bars (yellow) don't appear in the buffer panel. Could you give me some guidelines to show these waves and bars? I'm using EFx on Ableton. I have inserted EFx into several tracks and audio that I have in a project project, the audio is generated by various (physical) instruments controlled by Keystep Pro via MIDI.Thanks.

    Hey who makes those headphones you were wearing there? They look nice! Are they decent enough?

    • @Nu-trix

      It’s the VModa headphone with custom plate.

    • @Nu-trix

      It’s called “Waterfall Octave”

    Is it worth it if you already own Shaperbox 2 from Cable Guys or are the two not comparable?

    • @dazeja
      @dazeja 2 года назад +1

      I have shaperbox 2 and Portal and to me they are completely different. One is a Granular Live sampler while Shaperbox is a live sound sculptor.

    how's the cpu hit? every granular plug that I've tried is really taxing. Pigments gets useless very quick with 2 granular engines running. And I'm on a new mac pro cheese grater.

    • @Nu-trix
      @Nu-trix  2 года назад +2

      Really low (for a granular plugin) You can see in the video at the bottom of the plugin window the CPU%. (I’m running it on a MACBook Pro i7 with 16Gig)

    For producing weird music this plugin is good. To produce quality music, UVI instruments are the best.
