Bike Touring in Kyrgyzstan #1 I Turkish Truck Drivers

After saying goodbye to Jandos and his family in Kazakhstan, we pedaled towards the Kyrgyz border. After crossing the border, our truck driver brothers from Turkey were the first to welcome us. We cannot repay them for this journey. Since Georgia, they have supported us everywhere and shared their delicious tea and food with us. After crossing the border to Kyrgyzstan, Ercan Abi and Kenan Abi sat us at the table as soon as they saw us. They were a bit surprised that we had come all the way here on bicycles, but then we fell into a deep conversation. As we were leaving, they warned us to be careful and took our phone numbers. They will call us frequently in the following days and ask how we are doing. 😊🙏🏻 Along the way, after Iran, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, in Kyrgyzstan, the water stopped flowing when they heard that we came from Turkey.
