YES YES YES YES YES FINALLY SOMETHING GOOD TO LISTEN TO IN 2022 I’ve been waiting for this so long…tradewinds has kept me at bay but I need to stick to my guns more Been with you guys since comes from the heart and been to so many of your shows and have tattoos representing thanks guys!
September 30th!!!! Mesa AZ!!!! Gonna be the best fucking show ever. I was gonna go for Belmont, now I cant wait to hear these guys too!!! Still need to look up the other two bands
Well, if you mean something introspective, motivational or style "I understand you" I'd say Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, the Ghost Inside and PLEASE listen to True View by styg if you haven't. If other bands come to my mind, I'll tell you!
But I'd say that styg are one of a kind; there's nobody else quite like them. It's like them always whisper in your ear "hey don't worry, we understand you"
Hey! If you're new to the Positive Mental Attitude/I Understand You "Movement", as Gio said Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed and The Ghost Inside are absolute must listen and if I had to choose one song and one song only from each band to explain why they are bands embodying this movement, I would suggest you listen to KsE's Strenght of the Mind, Hatebreed's To the Threshold and The Ghost Inside's Engine 45. I would also add bands like Hollow Front and Currents to the list. And if I had to choose one song from each, I would recommend HF's Still Life and Currents' Shattered.
Ytube suggx man this album is soooo emotional awesome guys thanks alot !!! In ma opinion.. this feels and soundsa bit quite simular to d(iam)ants and hope division. But in a fresh on time good way
Hey STITCH WASSUP BRO Kevin Williamson thank you for showing me your LOYALTY AND your light SHINE DOWN no police palace view vous Francis STITCHERY YOO HOO SAWYER 🌊🤪🌄🌞
No. From an Interview with Jesse Barnett (their singer): "We’re not Christians, but we believe in working towards the greater good and helping those who dont have anything, to meet their basic needs; we also look out to help out non-profit organizations all over the world." You may also want to look at the lyrics of "to whom it may concern" and "life in a box"
The tempo feels maybe abit slower but that agression that imo has been missing for the past 2 albums seems to be coming back around, love that. It's a pretty heavy yet slow album and I did enjoy it, but i would have loved more upbeat tempo'd songs for sure. The last track seems more like a fit for the Solo-band Jesse has instead of STYG but I guess thats what they wanted so good for them, deffo a 6.5/10 album!

Is this a band of Christians?

I’m disappointed in the album, truly. Only 3-4 good songs. It just doesn’t have that intensity as their Diamon or even 2017 record.
Don't talk nonsense. Thank you.
That's just like your opinion, man.

Every song of STGY is wooo ooooo wooo ooooo...same chorus over and over again, some riff and then wooo ooooo, borign AF
