First album of theirs I ever got, instantly had me hooked. Got my ma to get that same copy signed when she went to see In Flames and Five Finger Death Punch in Glasgow a few years back (I couldn't attend because of college)
I remember when "Deliver me" had been released and shortly after I visited sweden to go kayak and came by in Göteborg. Seeing the carousel from afar was something else I now always associate with this amazing song.
Back in 2011, I was 16 when this album came out, I got the bundle that came with the cd and a t shirt for my birthday along with getting my drivers license . Later I saw them live in Washington at a concert along with a few other bands I don't remember. I think they played with Trivium. I also saw Dark Tranquility around the same time. Good times.
Nice. I think I was in 8th grade. Went to my first concert with my brother in 2012 to see them in Louisville Kentucky (where I live) They played with lamb of god, hatebreed and sylosis. Epic show. Loved every second.
48:36 Liberation... Even if I like more the most fast and hard songs, I have to say that this song still hits me no matter how many times I have listened to it. Got me crying no matter what. This album (even If is not the old school fans want to) is awesome and dark as sad. Love it.

I always loved this album, and hoped the fanbase would be more receptive to it as time went on. I see R2R through Siren Charms as the middle era of In Flames (with Siren Charms a slight outlier in that sense, but similar in its melancholy vibe), so this album is like the last great hurrah of that time period, and I wish it got more praise.

Yeah.. i see this as a fairly middle career album but think it is possibly the best of that run from Soundtrack through Battles-ish.
