Blast beats never seemed to interest me that much. But Dying Fetus make it so easy to listen to. A brilliant blend of death metal and grindcore with a tiny bit of hardcore at times, if you ask me. Again this album is an absolute masterpiece and a 'smörgåsbord of pleasure' to blast out of my speakers. Well done!!
I usually stay away from this more modern approach to brutal death but these guys never fail to deliver totally crushing grooves and I am a BIG sucker for groove
Damn, standard C# hits so hard. You don't need drop E or 579 string guitar to be brutal, just a brillant way to write riffs and a fking good rhythm section as backup. I'm studing their riffs and Gallagher is an awesome musician, very fast and complex riffs. He also sing meanwhile, so double awesome. Damn makes me wanna blow up my home
He is a genius, too bad Dying Fetus isn't as respected as Cryptopsy or Suffocation in creating brutal death, I think they are a lot more melodic and creative than those bands that only can be brutal by being cacophonous and loud.
My psychiatric nurse recommended Dying Fetus to me. (No joke). Check him, out he's in a band called Sarpanitum. You'll love em. Brutal tech death metal...
I'm going on 38 now and been rocking with Fetus since I discovered them in high school.. Was one of those revolutionary bands that really set a new precedent for the metal scene.. Always been at the top of the list for me.. Never disappoints and always packs that satisfying punch 🤘Thank you to the Fetus family.. You got a keeper over here..

Its soo grovy that you can actually understand how creative and open minded the musicians are. The most thing I love this band is how they add so much music elements and still be easy and groovy to listen. Also, I really like the Progressive elements in this album, it slaps and is way better than most bands out here in the genre.

Dying fetus is one of all time favorite bands. I really like the line up of John,Sean and Trey. They just keep putting out solid music that to me seems to just keep getting better and better. The solo in feast of ashes reminds me of something off infatuation or purification or just old school death metal in general … fucking sick!!! Whole album just tears shit up, this band never disappoints

Simply a Legendary band that never ceases to amaze.
Its soo grovy that you can actually understand how creative and open minded the musicians are. The most thing I love this band is how they add so much music elements and still be easy and groovy to listen. Also, I really like the Progressive elements in this album, it slaps and is way better than most bands out here in the genre.

I know everyone would disagree with me but this is almost like a mix of technical brutal death metal,deathcore,slam and groove metal! This definitely sounds solid snd Thank you Dying Fetus and Relapse Records for this amazing product!

of course every song is fkn awesome, but my favorite is compulsion for cruelty. i love that tempo, old school vibe to it. second favorite is when the trends end. delicious!

Dying fetus is one of all time favorite bands. I really like the line up of John,Sean and Trey. They just keep putting out solid music that to me seems to just keep getting better and better. This band is so tight. 3 guys who are super talented and pretty much are in a League of there own. Throw them in the van is awesome

Finally got around to listening to this today, thats a really strong showing. I just get the feeling the band are still in love with this, the riffs and vibes are so good. Think I'm gonna be getting to know this one a lot more

Its crazy to say but songs keep getting better as this album comes to an end! Loved the off time timed drumming, spiced things up for sure! Riffs, Vocals, Drums all on point and brutal! Sounds experimental in the realm of DYING FETUS and 35:10------> OMFG! Just awesome! #Brutal
the drummer is an actual genius, he totally brings the exactly amount of brutality needed for each part.
