I love the whole thing I love the kitchen the dining room the living room the bathroom the master bathroom the master bedroom and the den that was awesome
Growing up I lived in two mobile homes and our second one had a den my father turned into his office. So the den and master was at one end and mine and my brothers was at the other. And that's that's layout I want my next house.
I really love this home. It would of been better with a tile shower in master bath, and a farmhouse sink in the kitchen. But I really would love to live in it.
That’s nice. Although, like the other commenters, it would make more sense to have a two bedroom with this layout. Give the living room some more space and make the back bedroom a little bigger. I could live with it.
Seems to be a market for it so that is great. I like the kitchen a lot. I would rather have that den space moved between the kitchen and master for a storage/linen/laundry area.
Cute layout to this home. I would change the coloring of the home to a lighter color to make it seem bigger, but that's just my opinion. Still super cute
I love the living room/den idea. Some of your viewers aren't liking the den idea. It's all in the taste ideas. TRUE it could have enlargered the other rooms or even added another bedroom. But folks if you have teens, you know as well as I do. If you don't monitor their gaming they will not have enough time for school. So think about it. But it is a nice home.
I owned a 1994 Norris clinchview 14'80 with a living room and a den with a see-through fifrplace.i loved it and if I could find one just like it, I would purchase it again. It was all customer, large kitchen, 2 bath. I miss that singlewide.
"The Den" is a waist of space that could be used else where like making the other rooms larger or using it in the actual living room and kitchen area. It is just me and my husband 3bd 2bath is perfect for us maybe take the extra den space and make a 2nd master out of it the extra space could be used in so many ways. I do like it but i would configure it differently.
Nice! Very open and bright. The high ceilings help that.. I’d however, want to upgrade the stove to a flat top. Add upgrade to tiled backsplash too. The TV panel in the den is too small. A flat wall would be better as I’d want to accommodate a 55 inch at least TV.
Nice, love the large shower, and den would make a great area for kids and video games, or for someone wanting comfort and privacy to watch TV(like old married couple- lol you know sometimes you just don't wanna be right up under someone else and you don't want to stay in your bedroom.)
Mobile homes today are a huge difference from the old trailers. The only problem I have with them are the interior walls. I wish they didn't have those seams. As soon as you show the inside you know it's a trailer. Can they be made without the seams.
Love the den! That was new. However, the Master bedroom I was not too impressed with. The kitchen was nice but with the Electric stove that just ruins every home I see. Everytime I see a nice home I(and alot of these are so beautiful) seeing an electric stove just kills it for me. If those are easily changed I would be more interested.
Very nice features in this home. However, if I was gonna commit to buying a single wide manufactured home I would prefer only 2 bed and 2 bath so I could have a larger living room and kitchen. The middle bedroom is always to small anyways so having more living room space would make sense for my personal preference..Love this home!!😊
I know this post is old, but I just thought I would share that I have a family member who bought a 3 bedroom, but had the company take out the third bedroom and make the living room bigger. So that is an option with some companies.
Generally, how much is a 2bdrm / 2bath single wide about 14×70 (or longer)? And how much to move and place on a foundation in a mobile home park? Please advisr. Thank you.
Man, This is exactly what I've been looking for!! Love the den! Only thing I would change is to take out the middle BR and make the den bigger and add a pantry👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I have had a 16x80 in the past. It didn't have a den and the living room was much bigger. The end bedroom (one closest to the den) was much bigger. I feel that small of a den is a waste of space.
I love this home!!❤
I love this for those of us on budgets with large families
definitely different
love this layout
Love this home.
I love the whole thing I love the kitchen the dining room the living room the bathroom the master bathroom the master bedroom and the den that was awesome
I dig the den
Living Room and Den! 📸👫
I love this one with the living room n Den Chance
Love this one!
Love it, it’s in my top10, of single wides. Love that it has a Den
Love it!!!!
I love this!!
I love this floor plan❤️
I love the layout and den.
Like this layout
That is awesome!!!
Love it
Love the den
I love the den! It really has a lot of possibilities...
That’s a really cool set up for a single wide.
I like this one! The den is cool! This is my second favorite single.
The Den was unique for a manufactured home. I haven’t seen one of those before.
This is really nice especially if you have kids. That could be their play room then when they get older their game room. Very nice. Love the floors
Hello, love the den..cool
That is some home. Really nice.
A
A single wide with a living room AND a den? That is so cool.
And a spa tub too? This is nice.
As soon as I see those wall panels I skip to the next video. Thanks for your efforts sir.
Love the extra flex room. What I'm looking for
Growing up I lived in two mobile homes and our second one had a den my father turned into his office. So the den and master was at one end and mine and my brothers was at the other. And that's that's layout I want my next house.
Guest bath needs a window. Cool floor plan!
Cute single wide! Love it!

As far as single wides go, this is lovely!!!
I really like this model. Not to big and not to small.
One of my favorite homes and videos.
Yes one without carpet!
Yes
Seems to be a market for it so that is great. I like the kitchen a lot. I would rather have that den space moved between the kitchen and master for a storage/linen/laundry area.
Love this floor plan. I wish you had mention the base price. I enjoy your videos.
Very nice 👍
That is so cool & cute for 1 or 2 ppl.
I love the colors in the kitchen and the floor
I really like the fact that it has two living spaces .
I would use the den as an office or model train room.
I like then den just wish they had a pantry.
Very unique, I like it! Very cool idea.
I'd like to see the den space divide between the two bedrooms
Cute layout to this home. I would change the coloring of the home to a lighter color to make it seem bigger, but that's just my opinion. Still super cute
Guest bedroom closets are puney and the Den is space that the guest bedrooms, closets and bath could have used, along with a larger Living rm.
Very nice 👌👍
Nice layout, good size bathrooms and bedrooms,💚den since my boys play Xbox and wii!! Putting on my top favs Chance!! Don't you sell mobile home too??
personally I would make the living room my dining room and the den my living room but that's just me
Love it.
I love it with the den. no price?
I like it having a den gave more room.
Where can I buy this bad boy? I would relax in that movie room with surround sound
If I had that what I do is take out the den and make the two bedrooms bigger and if their room make the bathroom the same as the master bath.
The black trim makes it look cheap... The den could be set up for game room or playroom if you have little ones...
I love the living room/den idea. Some of your viewers aren't liking the den idea. It's all in the taste ideas. TRUE it could have enlargered the other rooms or even added another bedroom. I'll take it! My is in bad shape and very old 😭

Good play room for small children.

Nice I like

I like how thats laud out it would be perfect for single or retired person
Could they put slidding door in the den or in dinning room. That would be pretty awesome for me to purchase.
Great home!! Love the den!!
Very nice! Den could also be an office, if someone preferred.
Den space should have been added to the bedrooms.
I like this home. Love the idea of having a den. Could be used for office, theater, exercise area, studio, etc.
I like the layout but did it have a laundry area?
In the description you do not list the base price of the home. People window shopping online need to know this for budgeting purposes.
They want you to call. That way they can hook you.
Like it! Nice to see something different!
Perfect den area for kids and their media !
Cool having another room to chill in
Mobile homes today are a huge difference from the old trailers. The only problem I have with them are the interior walls. I wish they didn't have those seams. As soon as you show the inside you know it's a trailer. Can they be made without the seams.
Do we have a price for this yet? I love the den area. Just what I’m looking for.
No base price???? I like the den.
I want that
Why can't you deliver to Pennsylvania
I wanna know will they chang the frigerator to double doors with ice maker and add slidding doors in the dinning area or in the den area.
Skip the den and give me a dining room. Or bigger kids rooms. Other than that it looks great.
The master I would like a double sink
Is there a update with the name of this home or any others with the den option?
Love the den! That was new. However, the Master bedroom I was not too impressed with. The kitchen was nice but with the Electric stove that just ruins every home I see. I can agree with you on that.
That makes a ton of sense!
👍

Nice home and pretty nice kitchen I must say BUT! AS IKEEP POINTING OUT 4 LITTLE DRAWERS IN THE KITCHEN NOT ENOUGH
Can single wide fit a king size bedroom comfortably
I like it. But what was the cost.
One of the best singles wides I've ever scene! I'd rather have the bedrooms smaller and have the x living room!
I love it
Thank you for watching.
I love it!! Tv & craft space For Grandkids w shelves. ( don’t need a den )Love closet space. Pls post more single wide economy homes in AZ thx
I like it but the den not so much.
Man, This is exactly what I've been looking for!! Love the den! Only thing I would change is to take out the middle BR and make the den bigger and add a pantry👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Any updates on this yet?
Like the layout for a young family home. Needs to have drywall.
I have had a 16x80 in the past. It didn't have a den and the living room was much bigger. The end bedroom (one closest to the den) was much bigger. I feel that small of a den is a waste of space.
