I LOVE this one!! I am single, so having an island where I can eat would actually be far more useful than an actual dining table. This home is so spacious and flows beautifully from room to room. And that massive shower in the master bath!!! It’s a dream come true!! Gorgeous home, Chance!!!
Watch a lot of manufactured home vids & this is absolutely the most beautiful single-wide I've seen in years. And very happy to see one that isn't "farmhouse" ~ just elegantly tasteful & traditional. If I could buy land & move tomorrow, this home would be the one I'd choose. Winston knocked it out of the ballpark. ✨☀️✨
"...very happy to see one that isn't "farmhouse"..." So that's why this one is so clean and fresh looking, thanks for pointing that out. Loving the traditional look.
You're welcome! Looking again, think I misspoke describing it as Traditional, though. The look is really a very nice & balanced conglomeration of rustic, contemporary & traditional. Or...IDK, lol... Just happy to see *something* besides the usual busy multi-colored weathered wood look floors, galvanized metal wall panels & sliding barn doors - the homes just look like a big old chicken coop sometimes. 😂 🐔🐓
Awesome home, all I need is 10 acres of woods backing up to state land on a county road thats paved and maintained and I’d be in heaven. The office nook is a great idea.
Wow! I never expected to find so much space in a single wide. That kitchen is massive and I love the tile backslash. I love the counter/desk beside the utility, such a versatile area. I never expected such a large walk in closet and bathroom in the main bedroom. I love the design of the outside as well. It's beautiful and full of surprises. Thanks for the tour Chance. Kay from the UK.
I agree wholeheartedly with everything you said. It's my favorite in single wide. It gives so much room. Chance you chose the perfect home to tour today. I think Winston did a wonderful job on this one.
Really liked this home. I love the idea of being able to convert it to a 2 bedroom. Excellent idea for a couple of empty nesters. . lol Or could see my elderly parents in a home like this. Given the space in the master bath, I like the idea of a walk-in shower only. Only con is the lack of a dining space but if it's just a couple like us, the island works fine. The computer station is a nice bonus I also love that the bedrooms are separated from the main living space. I've not been a fan of the master or guest rooms opening up right off the main living area. A few years ago we down sized and moved in to a nice double wide. Great master suite but it opened right off the living room. Then about 5 years ago we bought my husband's grandparents homestead. A cute little Craftsman on a nice piece of land that we're updating. Great tour Chance. Looking forward to Saturday's. 🙂 God bless
The long counter/desk area across from the utility room is most likely a crafting area. As a crafter, i see that as a huge selling point! You don't need an actual entire room, but a long counter, plenty of cabinets and storage space and light via that amazing window- it's a perfect space!! Love it! Kitchen is stunning!! Phenomenal house. I want i want i want!!! 😊
This was probably the best single wide I have ever seen. The kitchen was beautiful and the master bathroom is awesome. I prefer that gorgeous massive tile shower over a tub any day.
WOW isn't even the right word for this home. I grew up in a single wide trailer and it sure didn't look like this. This is gorgeous and so well done. So much space too, for having 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is unbelievable and a dream kitchen for sure. Having that desk space is a plus too. I would love to see more of a pantry for the kitchen but being a single wide I get it.
This is my absolute favorite exterior ever on a single wide. I've always had problems with windows in single and double wides being so floor to ceiling. I understand people want the light to make them feel more open but I want the option of residential windows that start around 24 to 36" up from the floor. Chance, thank you. You are my favorite RUclips channel, by far.
I am in LOVE with that kitchen setup!!! The only thing I would change is to have windows that will open over the sink! And I absolutely LOVE the brick and the wood look tiles!!! I say YES to this one!
@@mooseman2868 Any window type that can be opened and have screens on it, is fine for me. I don't like windows that don't open in a home, unless they are picture windows.
Getting the two bedroom option is a perfect solution to the empty nesters we are! This is a beautiful home. I really like the tin roof and rock trim that is on the outside. Inside is just...wow...💕.
I’m up here in Wa. State and this is the nicest single wide I’ve ever seen. That kitchen is to die for!! My first place I bought was a single wide and now in a double wide. I’d sure go back to a single if I had this one!❤️😍❤️
I LOVE this model. The kitchen is wonderful. The office is amazing. The closet is in the master bedroom, which I prefer, and the master bathroom shower is large enough for a shower chair. It needs a lovely covered front porch, but other than that, it's perfect. Equally, there is enough room for a wood stove. VERY NICE!
For a single wide that is very impressive to say the very least. I would buy this in a heartbeat. The space is logically planned out and spaced out perfectly. The fact that it has three bedrooms is incredible. It really is a beautiful home and if most of that is standard I would change nothing. Thank you for sharing
Best kitchen I think I've ever seen in a single wide. Impressive! My change would be to give up the small bedroom and put that space next to the kitchen for a dining table spot. Great owner's suite. Thanks for the tour Chance.
This is a beautiful single wide. Doors are wide enough. There's a lot of space. It's just a nice home all around. I love the shower. I also like the area with the desk.
That kitchen is awesome! And the computer area is amazing in a single wide. Great master bathroom. I like the shower, because I can’t use a tub anyway. 😊. Overall, a wonderful choice, Chance! And the two bedroom would make it even more appealing.
Two bedrooms in the closet are extremely on the small side. Compared to the master has a nice size closet. The master bedroom ladies like more counter space for the sink. Nice to have a desk area for homework to a work space. The kitchen is amazing, nice and roomy.
I really like this layout. There is a couple of things that I would tweak. Since I am a single mom with one kid, I would take the smaller bedroom and turn it into a pantry, with room for an upright freezer. In my dream layout, I would have footage added at the end to have the walk-in closet option for my teen daughter. Now the weird thing that I would do for me...I would have a window put into the master walk in closet, put in shelves and turn it into my sewing room. I could have a smaller closet built into a corner, since I do not have a lot of clothes. lol I think that this is one of my favorite layouts!
I love the sewing room idea. Also, first bedroom shown...gone, expand the living room which adds space for a small dining table (I'm thinking a drop leaf).
@@broeheemed32 You must be a drop out from Troll University. I think you should try to go back and finish your degree you don't seem particularly good at it.

I’m always converting walk-in closets to sewing rooms and complaining if the closet is going to be so big it should have outlets. And I fully agree with turning the room into a pantry with freezer. Like you, always looking to create room for a small upright freezer. It’s so nice to know someone thinks like me.
If I were going to make this home a 2 bedroom, I'd add the extra square footage to the living area so that a dining table could be added. The second bedroom doesn't need that oversized closet.

Metal is the way to go , nice home tho. !!
This is the nicest single wide you have shown, love the big kitchen and surprised to see a big laundry room! Would change it to a 2 bedroom so the second bedroom would be bigger!
Very nice single wide with great options. I also love the wood look tile for the backsplash and shower. I only wish they'd have put the same countertop in the guest bath as in the kitchen and master bath but I'm sure that'd be very easy to customize. Thanks for sharing this home, Chance. Have a blessed day yourself 🙂
I live in a 16x80 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths since 2018 brand new when I purchase this home. There beautiful, this home is GORGOUS love everything about this home. Great video!😁
Love this single wide. However, miss the dining area though I LOVE the kitchen. Actually probably wouldn’t miss a dining area! ?? Would like larger bedroom closets in 2 extra bedrooms, at least the end bedroom. Nice looking home overall!
Funny, was so taken with the overall design I didn't even notice the lack of a dining area. Then again, I rarely entertain or eat at a table so the island is just fine for quick meals. (Kinda weird, maybe, but the little 2nd bedroom could be used as a small formal dining room if necessary.)
I love the two-bedroom option, and I think the main bed shower is my favorite you've ever shown us. I would personally have a pantry where the home office is, but it's nice to have the space for the option!
That desk/computer table across from the Utility room would also be great for your sewing or art projects area too! Cute house a little small but great as a starter house for two people for sure.
Now, if it had a nice deck off the back and a large covered front porch, this would be IDEAL! Absolutely love it!❤️❤️❤️ The kitchen is a dream and the shower in the master bath - WOW! Love that tile!!!
This is very nice! It's been a long time since I've even been inside a trailer but it's an affordable option for helping my niece with a new home. I have to say I am extremely impressed at the look and design. I mean I'd live there myself!!! Especially being a single wide! Great design people!!!
It is a beautiful single wide, my only negative is by adding that small office space which is nice btw, there is no space for a dining table..just a eat at island…that’s a big issue for a lot of buyers. Lovely home for a couple though
Chance, my grandparents had vertical knotty pine planks on some of the walls in their home in the 1950's. It's cool to see this reappear in a home in 2022.
These homes have come a long, long way! The place I stayed in back in the early 70's was not even as fancy as the place in "Raising Arizona". Check out that movie and you will really appreciate this home! It's a beauty.
Hey Chance! Good job as usual. Well, there are some things I would change in this single wide. But...not exactly like the options they give. I would take out that smaller guest bedroom, but I would move the bathroom over making it just a little bigger, make the closet bigger in the other bedroom, and move the living room over where the rest of that bedroom would have been! I need a dining room, which I would put between the kitchen and living room, after moving the living room over. Grandma's China Cabinet would then go on one end or other of the dining room. I would either make the island lots smaller or remove it altogether. That desk and cabinets across from the utility room I would make into a small pantry. I would leave the Master Bathroom the way it is, except I would take the shower out, and put in a handicapped tub/shower combo. Of course, I have no place for a Library Music Studio Office Room and David has no Gym or Hobby room. Guest we could get a couple buildings and have them made into those rooms. Well that's the reason a single wide really wouldn't do for us. But this is a very nice single wide in spite of the changes I would make in it if it was mine. God bless you and yours, Chance!
This is wonderful! I love the 2 bedroom option and the layout is great. I like the desk area by the utility room. I'd probably use it for recipe stuff or maybe crafts. My husband and I would use the 2nd bedroom as an office for our gaming/computer stuff. I know you focus on new builds only, but have you ever considered doing older models? Nothing that needs work, but stuff that doesn't move as fast, or in developments where it just sits?
I think this is the best single wide I have ever seen. I would like to see some park model homes for those of us that do not need all that space of a single. Thanks for sharing.
This is really nice! I like having the third room that I could convert to a den/library. The only issue I have is the lack of a dining area. I suppose I would take out the island and just have an eat-in kitchen, which would be okay with me. :)
It looks like Hamilton is really raising the bar on these Southern trailers. The exterior treatment is an improvement and the interior wall finish and trim work definitely give it a more upscale appearance. I still noticed the two-hinge mobile home interior doors and the outswing mobile home rear door. You should check out the northern or western single wides like Schult, Karsten, and KIT.
Very, very beautiful! The size of that master closet is literally half the size of that first bedroom! Am I right, lol! No, it doesn't look like a double wide, it looks like a gorgeous small house! Blown away! Love it👍👏👏👏
I just keep rewatching this, I genuinely love it. I'd like the heating in the ceiling, to add either a wood burning stove or a fireplace, a transom window in the guest bathroom, and you wouldn't find carpet anywhere - then it's really perfect for a nice, small space.
Never have I seen a single wide that has so much space. I especially love that laundy room but the space in the kitchen has blown me away. Another great home you have shown us. Keep them coming.
Definitely a nice mobile home really like the shower, It doesn't really even look like a mobile home. Seem like the quality is really improved. From what I've seen in the past years.
Yes, wow 👌🏿! Very nice ! Love the kitchen, walk in closet, double sink bath, and that huge shower !!! Fantastic, never knew mobile homes could be so beautiful 😍!!!

This is a very nice home! I love this floor plan. What I like best is the off kitchen separate laundry room. I know you focus on new builds only, but have you ever considered doing older models? Nothing that needs work, but stuff that doesn't move as fast, or in developments where it just sits?
If I were a single person, this would be absolutely perfect!!! I love this one, the kitchen is my favorite. I love the U-shape Kitchen period.
I'd rather have a dining area than that desk/office area.
Me as well, I like my kitchen table
Even though I often eat in the living room, I can't get past the need to have a dining table just in case.
Yea, that was a really random space.
We single people have no use for a dining area lol
The house is nice and I love the kitchen, but it really needs an eating area, small children and seniors can't hop up and down the kitchen stools.
Beautiful and perfect cozy. I wish I can afford this. This is perfect for me and my cat.
Thank you! 😊
Blown away! Love it👍👏👏👏
Thank you! 😊
You're very welcome, so gorgeous!
I ALSO WOULD PREFER A DINING AREA over the office space..❤❤❤
I love it I hope my home is like that
WOW. I could live in that Kitchen. The Entire Home is Gorgeous. Attention to Detail on this one for sure.
WOW, love the kitchen. Chance, thanks for the tour. Have a blessed day.
I love this home!!! Looking to see what is out there...I keep coming back to this one each time.
That is the most beautiful single wide I have ever seen. GREAT JOB
I'm in L❤️🔥VE! 😍🥰🤩
Definitely a nice mobile home really like the shower, It doesn't really even look like a mobile home. Seem like the quality is really improved. From what I've seen in the past years.
This is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best single wide you have shown, that I have seen. I haven't looked at all of them yet.
The kitchen layout is the bomb, dude!
Yes, wow 👌🏿! Very nice ! Love the kitchen, walk in closet, double sink bath, and that huge shower !!! Fantastic, never knew mobile homes could be so beautiful 😍!!!
I don’t think I have ever LOVED a single wide before, I’ve liked a few, but this one is amazing! I could actually see myself living in this one.
WOW!Now that is the PERFECT single wide!I love Everything!
It is dry, very nice.Beautifully done!
Ohhh, how I miss living in Alabama. The Hamilton, Sulligent and Guin areas. I meet my husband and we both worked at a few mobile home plants together. I'm married to Tim-Bo Carter from Detroit, Hamilton area. Alabama is some of the most beautiful place to live. Thanks Chance for sharing.
God bless and safe travels.
OMG so much space. 😍 I love it.
Kitchen, and bathroom is the best of this home,! Love it,!
Missing room for a kitchen table or dining room but I do love that shower and the large kitchen!!
That’s a gorgeous single wide. Amazing kitchen.
Chance, I love your channel. This has got to be the best single wide you have ever shown. Keep up the good work
💜
Chance, you crack me up! Love this one, particularly the desk area. Thank you!!
I’ve never lived in a trailer nor have a desire, but darn! That is one beautiful trailer!
I like how they designed the space. Lots of space
Love this model just in lighter tones. Shiplap is to die for. Great!!!
He's your little mini-me alright. Adorable cuteness.
Nice exterior. Nice living room. I would want a fireplace. Great kitchen. Love the windows in the kitchen. Great guest bedrooms and bathroom. Nice laundry room. Nice master bedroom. Great master bathroom. Nice shower. Hey Chance, you did great. Thank you for the tour. I like the 2 bedroom option.
This is a very nice home! I love this floor plan. What I like best is the off kitchen separate laundry room. In 1991 I bought a new Skyline Spruce ridge Total purchase price in 1991 including appliances, setup and central A/C was $21,900 I lived in a very nice park. Lot rent was $100.00 a month. It was a 14x70
We paid $17,200 for our Skyline in 1987. Like your's, ours included set up and appliances but no A/C.
I love this home. It is a very wonderful home. So many awesome things in a single wide
Love this shower best! Love the cabinets all the way to the ceilings. The open floor plan is super and that work area..could put my sewing machine and crocheting stuff!
Just "Catching Up" to all Your Videos Chance! Missed Watching your Tours! This is a Really Cute Single Wide. But it needs a Pantry. And the Sinks in the Bathroom I'd Prefer Square. The Shower is Awesome!
